Remtek Systems and OpenCRM
Kommentare: From the day we initiated contact, they have been fantastic to work with; even when we have given the team emergencies to work with, they have always achieved our goals.
Vorteile:
The customisation of the product to allow our Business needs to be met, we aren't industry standard but the system has the capability to be adjust to meet all our needs
Nachteile:
The limitations in SMS integration, its only available currently in one module

Open CRM Platform Review
Kommentare: Good experience overall, definitely can improve a bit on user interface hence why a score of 6 in terms of referring. would be an 8 with a more solid user friendly interface.
Vorteile:
It is very customizable and that helps set it up based on user needs
Nachteile:
its is not great to navigate back on pages, and when creating accounts and trying to attach an account where you have multiple acccounts, when pressing back button you get an error and have to start again.

Keeping the data in the UK matters to my clients Being able to integrate with Microsoft 365 is huge The API was simple to use for a past developer like myself

Fabulous Open CRM!
Kommentare: On the occasions that I have used the online support, the reaction has been almost immediate and the issue resolved. Every area of Open CRM that I have come into contact with has delivered first class customer service - we are exceptionally happy that we chose Open CRM - Thanks Guys
Vorteile:
Both [sensitive content hidden] have been extremely patient and supportive during the Open CRM integration. The system does everything I desired (and more) and will allow us to collate and therefore, use our business information to evaluate and plan for the future. Everything is now in one place, has an audit trail and is easily searched for and used. The training sessions with [sensitive content hidden] were informal, informative, hands on and were never rushed. [sensitive content hidden] was always happy to go over a particular area of the system as many times as was necessary (which was often) to allow me full understanding.
Nachteile:
There is nothing about using Open CRM that I dislike.

Very Good System at a very reasonable price
Kommentare: Overall we are happy to have begun working with Open CRM and are looking forward to incorporate more features to our inhouse processes moving forward.

The initial set up takes a little longer than we would like. The training provided was extensive however it may benefit from being a little more focused on user requirements

A great system
Kommentare: Fantastic. Having used other CRM systems I can say with confidence that OpenCRM is the best I've experienced. Many others appear fancier but have issues that one must simply accept, whereas OpenCRM simply works, and works well. Despite lots of highly specific custom options, it all runs smoothly and any issues are dealt with swiftly.
Vorteile:
Lots of functionality but still simple to use. Highly customisable and responsive. Solid foundation with high level of custom options; our database produces hymn books for example.
Nachteile:
Some functionality difficult on a small screen, though with all our custom options hard to tell whether this is standard or a result of our complexity.

everything i need in one place
Kommentare: great! I use it everyday to plan my work schedule, plan tasks for upcoming events and collaborate with other team members. Helps me keep track of tasks and work more efficiently.
Vorteile:
data entry is logical and easy to do. retrieving contacts and adding to campaigns is simple and makes emailing groups of contacts more efficient. The support team are great, the chat function works really well and the team are quick to respond and solve things.
Nachteile:
sometimes it's not obvious where or how to do things just by looking at the screen, but the help button explains things well and so do the support group chat.

No hidden charges. The price per user is for full usage and not on a tiered system. This allows for clarity when budgeting.
Nachteile:
Some personalisation features are not easy to implement yourself, however the support is excellent.

the fact you can only attach 5 documents at one given time more would be better, the way its layed out there is a lot of info on the same page i wish it was customisable so i only have what i need on the screen
