My experience with Medics Premier

Kommentare: I am totally satisfied with Medics Premier and have no complaints.

Vorteile:

Reprts, data presentation, billing software, Appointment scheduling, demographics

Nachteile:

The inablity to move money from patient to patient.

Costumer Service staff is great! but once they call to resolve an issue, most of the time they don't know how to resolve. Most of the time they have to get back to us.

Vorteile:

That we don't have fill in different tabs on patient demos. Being able to print bills and letters and save them on pdf format.

Nachteile:

can't print the adequate reports for our practice. Not being able to fix our own custom forms. Huge cons is that we have to constantly making sure the insurance order is clicked otherwise the the hcfas wont print...among other things. No very happy with this new system.

Works Perfect for Our GYN Office

Kommentare: We are able to run multiple clinics (multiple schedules) with MedicsPremier - install was a little rough but all installs and transitions are -

The product is easy to use, very easy to do check in and check out, and it's the thing our new staff is able to pick up on the quickest.

Nachteile:

transitioning was the hardest part but once we got up and running we have loved it

Medics Premier

Kommentare: I can only say that my experience with the Medics Premier software has been a dream. The claim scrubber is very helpful. Reports are easy to read.

Vorteile:

I have use Advanced Data Systems for the last 24 yrs. I find the software user friendly. We have trained office staff in a matter of hours. The support team is on point.

Nachteile:

At the present time everything Medics Premier has to offer works great for my company.

Good product for multi-specialty practice

Vorteile:

The product is easy to use. It allows repeat procedures which is useful for billing services such as physical therapy. There are numerous reports for billing/management/scheduling which makes it easy to analyze the practice.

Nachteile:

It is costly compared to other software.

Superb Billing Software

Vorteile:

Medics Premier software is straightforward and uncomplicated. The program allows you to simultaneously post payments/charges and view detailed patient history without closing certain applications. Most importantly, the support staff at ADS are extraordinary--they're professional, kind, knowledgeable and will diligently work with you to resolve any issue!

Nachteile:

There are myriad reports available, however, it may be necessary to run multiple reports to obtain the exact data needed.

Very easy to use and train new employees.

Medics Premier

Vorteile:

My favorite feature of the software is the scheduling. I use this software daily for both billing and scheduling. It is easy to navigate and user friendly.

Nachteile:

The normal response time to help calls sometimes is extremely long. Also, so representatives are hard to understand which can take longer to fix issues. I will say that I have never had an issue not be fixed. So it is not all bad just lacking in some areas.

Monthly statements are not always user friendly for the patient. They are somewhat difficult for them to understand. I've never been able to priont previous patient payments on regular monthly itemized statements.

Medics Premier

Vorteile:

Medics Premier is an extremely user friendly program, that allows us to handle all aspects of insurance billing and payment posting. There are numerous reports that allow every option available for reporting, tracking, and reconciling all items.

Nachteile:

I do not have any complaints about Medics. This is a very effective software that allows us to accurately manage all aspects of medical billing.

Partnership with MedicsPremier

Kommentare: We started with MedicsPremier in the beginning. We were convinced by other software vendors that they had more robust features that would help us run our business with better analytics. We did not find this to be the case and switch back to MedicsPremier to get claims out correctly and paid quickly. No software is perfect. I will take MedicsPremier over the other software that does not have the capabilities or functionality of MedicsPremier.

Vorteile:

We like the functionality of MedicsPremier. The ability to customize the software to our needs has been paramount in providing the data and analytics our facility partners require to run a successful program.

Nachteile:

Because of MedicPremiers highly flexible software, it may be a little bit less user friendly then other software out their. We have used many of them and found they were not able to manage our needs so we are happy to live with any minor complications the arise.

ADS system review

Kommentare: sometimes things that used in past are taken out by programmers as not being used any longer. Customers should have notification of things being discontinued before being done.

Vorteile:

Eligibility, claim scrubbing are very helpful.

Nachteile:

Have trouble with reports not accurate, things needed to be customized

There is so much to learn and that is the part that is difficult--wish the software is more intuitive--many drop downs and choices without understanding the purpose

Honest Review

Kommentare: So far since getting Premier I will say the ease of scheduling and claims has become much simpler. i enjoy using this program daily.

Vorteile:

I love the ease of scheduling and sending out claims. Also the claims we receive this way being posted automatically makes my life much easier.

Nachteile:

Secondary claims that need to be sent to insurances for some reason never go automatically. I am not sure what exactly I am doing wrong or if that is just how it is. Most times the claims post with no issues on occasion I have 2 insurances that do not like to post automatically.

It's easy to use and has great posting functions. Posting payments and charges goes smoothly in this software.

Nachteile:

It doesn't put the account overview in date of service order. It puts in order that it's entered which makes it hard to find specific dates without scrolling through the entire chart.

EASY-TO-USE MEDICAL APP

Kommentare: Medical practice has been made very easy as one does not necessarily need to be technically savvy to use this Software. Every aspect of the Software is carefully explained and this has made it very quick to learn.

Vorteile:

The MedicsPremier is very user-friendly. It makes the medical practice efficient and effective thereby enhancing performance in the Clinic.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the database structure makes it difficult to access the particular information one wants to at a given time. It takes a lot of knowledge to understand the right process.

Easy to use system

Vorteile:

I get fast service whenever we need it. The work is completed quickly.

Nachteile:

If you need to reinstall after a crash, you will pay close to what you paid to get the system in the first place. Shouldn't be, when you are paying an annual fee to maintain the service.

Great system!

Kommentare: In our office it is great because we can create the system to work with what we do daily. The system is easy to use and if there is any a system problem I get help fast. If I ever have any questions I am able to get them answered and shown how to do things.
