Kommentare: It has become a true helper in my work. The ease of use and the accuracy of the reports are impressive. This is the kind of tool that not only saves time but also boosts efficiency.
Vorteile:
The interface is easy to use, so you can quickly learn the program. The reports are very accurate. It collects data even when the employee’s computer is offline.
Nachteile:
All the main features work great, but it would be awesome to have more options to customize reports for our business needs.

Kommentare: Overall WorkTime does what it is supposed to and even some more. We've tried several other solutions, and WorkTime seemed the least problematic, the easiest to use with the clearest presentation of data. And we were completely right. We've been using it for over a year and will definitely stay on for much longer.
Vorteile:
It's really easy to set up and use. Gives a good insight into employees' work patterns, behaviours and of course... work time. We use it not only to track time, but also to look at patterns of the most successful employees and try to replicate with the rest of the team.
Nachteile:
Some data may be incorrect, but although a little slow, customer service was able to rectify issue every time and it's been now months with no issues. I'm also not a fan of default reports, they are not showing me exactly what I would really need, so some more advanced reports customisation would be a great addition.

It worked Great Until it Didnt. Lack of Customer Support Caused us to Cancel Service
Kommentare: Dont waste you money unless you are OK with weird errors in your data, and no response back to try and fix them.
Vorteile:
We were able to Install to run silently on all users machines. Could have daily reports sent as csv files to feed into our analytics systems.
Nachteile:
The Software did not provide its own update mechanism. We were having some weird errors that did not make sense about what devices it was showing a user login time on. When choosing users to not monitor, the system kept adding them back, so we still had to pay for a license for them, even though the system was not collecting monitoring data from them. Reaching out to tech support provided no response. Even the CEO of the company ended up responding saying that he would check into it. But then failed to ever respond. This went on for 3 months with me sending him multiple emails, but he never responded. we ended up letting our subscription lapse because we would not ever get tech support to get back to us.

About monitored users: if you delete a user from the system it will not be monitored and you do not have to pay for them. Usually if the user keeps reappearing in the system it means the user logs in on the computers that are being monitored. All your questions will be investigated asap and we will get back to you! Budget Friendly Employee Monitoring Software

Vorteile:
Its a simple easy to use application for employee monitoring. the reporting for simple and easy to use
Nachteile:
There are issues with the reporting with the mac os client when it comes to teams meetings. I have also had issues with the reporting agent not reporting randomly on select work stations. Support also needs to be improved as

Worktime really helps in tracking the productivity of the employees in a very nice manner and the best part is you can also see that within an hour how much time the employee is active or idle.
Nachteile:
Nothing, everything is just awesome. No complaints
