Bill & Pay makes invoicing and accepting credit cards for those invoices very easy!
Bill & Pay is extremely easy to use. Integration with QuickBooks Online was as easy as logging in and pushing accept, the rest is taken care of. Adding your credit card processor is very easy as well.
Having the ability to add your email server greatly increases the delivery rate of invoices plus it looks like it came directly from you. If for some reason the invoice is not being delivered there is a handy link provided that you can send.
Being able to accept both credit cards and ACH patents is very helpful.
Customer service is A+. They answer all support issues quickly and even made some small changes I requested that weren't available.
The price is very reasonable and porportional to the number of payments you accept.
I can not recommend Bill & Pay enough!!
Nachteile: the only con I can think of, and it is very rare, is that when there is a rare glitch you need to disconnect and reconnect to QuickBooks Online. It isn't hard to do but requires someone with QuickBooks app access authorization who isn't always around.

We use Bill and Pay for our accounts receivable functionality. Highly recommend!
Vorteile: We sent out over 600 invoices monthly for recurring and one time charges. Bill and Pay sends the invoice to our customers from recurring templates set up in QuickBooks. The products works wonderfully. You can customize it to send payment reminders to your customers multiple times. It also allows customers their own portal to log in and pay AND to download their invoices! The man hours saved after switching to Bill and Pay is immeasurable and our customers are happier with the transparency!
Nachteile: No cons. The product AND customer are fantastic. This product is exactly what we needed and filled a hole for us in our accounts receivable process.
