Kommentare: I got in pretty much on the ground floor with this company 7 years ago. Not tremendously robust, but I needed simple and affordable. It worked for me until a couple of years ago when I started seeing anomalies in some of my client accounts. I requested tech support help (which I had routinely gotten before), but I got no response. I've attempted nearly a dozen contacts with them, but I have been totally ignored. I can't seem to find any corporate info either. Oh, they take my up front payments quick enough, though. Now I'm getting server errors and huge down times. As I write this, I have no access to the site at all. I'm trying to migrate my information to another provider but it's a slow and lengthy process. At this point I've lost months of invoices and billing. It might even cost me thousands of dollars. This company is failing and should not be trusted.

Don't do it!

Kommentare: @J P at PlanetCare got it spot on. This company cannot be trusted with your data. Very lengthy and unannounced downtimes. Absolutely ZERO customer support. No updates to site since we joined over 4 years ago. The site is currently down, and I'm afraid it's not coming back up this time. Thank god we resorted to screen shooting all of our customer's billing histories last week, or we would be totally f*&%#!
