Great product and tool to have to separate yourself as a company from competitors
Kommentare: The ease of having different technicians go to the same location having the ability to see how many devices are on site and where each one is located. It gives us the ability as technicians to see each report year after year and see what becomes due for service ahead of time which allows us to prepare what is needed for the next inspection.
Vorteile: The ease of use and accessibility across the board for all users from technicians and customers. I like that we can use this software as a selling tool for customers to put us ahead of the game as far as from a transparency stand point as a technician to the customer on a monthly inspection and their ability to see what is due for service in the future during the annual inspections to budget for those expenses. I love the new tool where we now can attach photos to each item within the reports. The software is very simple to use with lots of options to choose from and just the overall efficiency it has from company to customer.
Nachteile: The only problem I have found is the ability to simplify your failed devices within scan series breaking down the devices by the notes, viewing what you failed them for instead of what type of device it is. The only way to see what you failed each device for is to open each individual item and open the notes and then look what you failed it for. Another option is to send the report and can view each item and its corresponding notes, but then the customer has that report to view as well as the edited one you will send after repairs are made. This causes some confusion with customers and their building reports. It would be nice in the service summary or another option where you could view failed devices and simplify or some way breakdown how many of what are due for service (Example: I failed 15-10lb abc that are due for 6 year service and so on). The on,y way I know of within building reports are viewing failed items and what and where the item is located without having to click into each device. There needs to be some way to categorize the devices by what you failed them for so we as technicians can simply and speed up the repair process.

Kommentare: It’s a great tool to be able to offer our customers and gives us that competitive edge as well as it help us look in the future for planning on when things are due for future service or repairs.
Vorteile: Being able to barcode each device in virtually any industry and having the customer to be able to access the reports. This software really gives our company an edge to be able to provide a better more technological inspection with the ability to be completely transparent in the fact that they know when we scan the item, does it pass or fail, and it lets them know when service or maintenance is due in the future so that they can budget for those needed repairs.
Nachteile: we used to be able to but currently we can not merge a report with another technician when photos are attached to a device.
