Allows comprehensive timely reporting of incidents and compliance declarations across all our sites
Kommentare: Multiple benefits - primarily time as we can have the right information, at the right persons fingertips, at the right time.
Vorteile: The adaptability of the software to be used for all types of reporting is second to none. Since launching we have increased the number of apps to include driver declarations, travel declarations and duty shift logs from our security staff, using the software to manage more than just health and safety compliance. The ability to create custom reports is excellent as well; before using Info Exchange we had a drawn out process of manually allocating fire incidents to pre-determined categories for statistical returns, which took a number of days to complete, however now I have the collated information at the click of a button.
Nachteile: Recently there have been a few minor processing speed issues, however the Helpdesk has always been very quick to rectify any issues and notify administrators of any concerns.

Kommentare: Overall effective management of health and safety
Vorteile: We like the online workflow functionality in that we no longer have pieces of paper going between offices for signature, it streamlines our process and our overall health and safety incident rate has reduced as a result of this as staff are using it to record more safety events
Nachteile: Occasionally the platform does experience speed issues which could be through the platform provider or via new releases, however the response to these events are really good and they are minimal
