Late Fee Manager is an add-on app for QuickBooks and Xero accounting systems. Motivating prompt payment saves time and increases cash flow! We automatically generate and deliver late fee invoices to your customers when invoices become overdue. We also automatically send late fee policy notifications and payment reminder emails on your behalf based on invoice due dates. Logo and email customization are available, as well as selective application of your late fee policy to only offending clients.

"It was okay."

Vorteile: Not having to keep up with Finance Charges is a great thing for a very busy office. I don't always have time to bill.

Nachteile: Not being able to select individual clients, nor the ease of printing statement charges. It would be great it if would have emailed me a GROUP of Statements to print, instead of flooding my email with 50+ emails.

"Simple to use. Administrators are quick to respond which helps in initial start up."

Kommentare: Customers are reminded and overdue accounts!

Vorteile: Keeping track of overdue accounts. Very visual for costumers when they see late charge! they are motivated to pay their overdue accounts.

Nachteile: Te program was new to quickbooks so there was a few so few hick ups but was dealt with very quickly. Some edits needed to wait till glitches were fixed.

"Helpful if you have a lot of clients that forget to pay their invoices"

Vorteile: It helps me stay on top of my clients to make sure they don't forget their invoices or the due dates

Nachteile: It cannot add late charges to an invoice or alter an invoice. Late fees can only be added as separate charges, which made things confusing for clients and messy for our team. But if you just use it for the reminders, rather than the late fees it works pretty well. The other issue I has is that often the tool showed that I had more late invoices than my Quickbooks account showed. It was frustrating because Late Fee Reminder doesn't show you WHICH invoices are late, just the total number and the total amount overdue.

We don't alter the original invoice because that is your legal document.
Altering the original invoice could null and void the transaction.

"Started great then Crashed and Burned....No Good stay away"

Kommentare: We tried to Give Late Fee Manager a chance to keep our business but they are apathetic at best and not concerned about customer service. When the product works it is great. However when it does not it makes customers mad.
We almost lost our biggest customer due to Late Fee manager emailing him invoices that do not belong to him.

Vorteile: Product started off great. Simple to set up

Nachteile: It started finding info and emailing wrong customers. Staff will not pick up the phone or return a phone call. Email is the only form of communication.

We pull the email from the invoice you entered.
If no email or the email bounces we then pull the email from customer information you have listed.
