Kommentare: Very worst 3.0Thinking to switch from tally to other if its continues

Tally Prime 3.0 Nothing To Be Like, Earlier Tally i liked too much coz very friendly, comfortable, all reports and accounting very smooth, uff.. but now :(

Nachteile:

I dont know who developed this 3.0 version, its very worst update ever seen in tally history since last 16-17 year, started working from tally 5.4 to tally prime, but this is the most worst update...no reports matching, gst 3b and trial balance differs lots, no qty (uqc) (the most worst) updated & so on......

Tally Pime: The Best Accounting Software Ever....

Kommentare: OMG! I have been able to carryout bank reconciliation regularly with ease, thanks to the automated reconciliation feature in Tally prime. The E- invoicing, E- way billing, expense tracking of stock items and the very many financial reports has turn my weekly management meeting presentation to interesting time. Tally Prime is so so good.

Vorteile:

Wao, the E-invoicing and E-way billing as well as financial reporting in Tally Prime has made my daily task as accountant less stressfully, it is great great great.

Nachteile:

Well I only notice the UI and UX may not be splendid but what is that compare to the great functionalities.

Kommentare: My overall experience with tally prime was good as a practising chartered accountant, I majorly provide services to small and medium size entities and it is best suited for them.

Tally Prime is known and trustable accounting software which is being used by moat of the businesses. Its best suited for small and medium size businesses. User friendly and easy to use. Provides various final analysis reports in easy to understand format. This is budget friendly as small and medium businesses cannot invest in high rated softwares. It also provides multi user working and data sharing option. It also provides feature of accounting of applicable taxes such as GST, TDS etc. Provides inventory managemant facility to users. Overall a good accounting software with all required features, easy to use and in budget too.

Nachteile:

Does not provide specialized financial reports. Not compatible with cloud compounding, data mining or other artificial intelligence features. Does not provide auxiliary software service such as payroll, pos etc. Sometimes it is complicated go work in multiuser option.

Boring of feeding data one time after that all good. you have the things on one click. I know the import/export of data but sometimes i just have to do with my own.

Nachteile:

the overall good experience with tally.Thre is no automation.It will be good if you can customize automation for bank entries and other entries.

Kommentare: Previously we used only excel for overall accounting after that we moved in to Tally prime and we stared doing all accounting entries in to Tally prime.

Tally supports export to CSV, GST tax calculation. Readable data available for filling of GST returns. This provide multi-language support. It maintains inventory along with accounts. Automatic interest calculation for various accounts like receivable, payable, capital account. User security controls along with data safety features. It supports Audit features which are very useful. Presentation of data with bar charts. It not only provides profit and loss for the Financial year but it also provides various ratios for analysis of financial data. This is available for students for learning purpose.

Nachteile:

User cannot open multiple instances of ledger account at same time. User cannot enter cost center wise opening balances which makes it difficult to depict data cost center wise. GUI graphics color should be customized.
