Vorteile: It makes my cold calling struggles a thing of the past! Increases productivity by 60%

Nachteile: After sitting down and trying to think of what I like the least I could not think of one thing I don’t like about this software

"Getting More Done"

Kommentare: SalesDialers is a great 4 line power dialer for the price. I enjoy using the software everyday.

Vorteile: It is a great value for what you get, and I had a huge increase in productivity when I switched to Sales Dialers. I also like the layout and how simple it is to upload and manipulate data.

Nachteile: It has down time like most internet based dialers, and there is sometimes a delay between a prospect picking up the phone and them hearing my voice. That delay is the thing I like least about the software.

"They have a software that is designed to be used by a robot not a human being"

Kommentare: the possibility of having a call center distributed around the world

Vorteile: Not everything is bad they bring us a good variety of options while you are delivering a phone call, you can take notes and more, you can also send a text message to the customer, but it will not be easy

Nachteile: The xlite software never rings with a incoming call, and we installed it on 5 computers around the world,

"Best dialer out there so far"

Vorteile: Super easy to use. Simple access to prospect information, sending an email or a text message. You can run multiple campaigns, record calls and it has time zone restriction as well which makes it easy to stay in compliance.

Nachteile: I didn't find any in my initial use. I wish the CRM module offered more fields for important client information but outside of that minor issue....the product is a home run

"An Effective Tool"

Vorteile: SalesDialers provides me with accurate contact information (phone numbers) for homeowners whose homes have Expired on the MLS and others who want to sell their home For Sale By Owner. I don't think I could track down that information as easily anywhere else. And I have been able to sell quite a few of the homes whose owners I have contacted through Sales Dialers.

Nachteile: SalesDialers has some limitations that I wish I could change. I receive all contact info for FSBOS and Expired Listings in two counties. That's not really bad. But I wish I could sort them/organize them, by zip code. I also wish that I could see the address as soon as a number starts dialing, so I could mentally prep before the owner answers. But all that you see is the phone number dialing. When someone picks up, you can see the address and property info, but then I'm focused on the conversation with the person, not the info. I spend hours sorting through properties and prepping the Property information before I dial, so that I can speak intelligently about their home - which they are very interested in selling - and not speak in vague generalities. Location/Price/Quality of the properties is far more important to me than simply dialing thousands of owners about whose properties I know nothing. I keep a notebook of owners and their properties because I have not found that salesdialers makes that information easy to access and organize.
