The implementation team was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the customization and testing process. They took the time to listen, learn about our organization and all of its quirks, and make our NewOrg work for us. You don't realize how many "exceptions" there are until you talk through a "typical" day or program. NewOrg customized the product to meet our needs without overcomplicating things. The reporting gives us what we need without all of the extra steps we had to do before in excel or google docs. And multiple people can now access the information simultaneously.
