Kommentare: Member Evolution has allowed us to have the necessary digital infrastructure that has resulted in more membership signups in a far more efficient way than our previous onboarding experience. The automation for membership renewals resulted in a higher percentage of membership retention. I found the reporting functions allow for accurate and easy reporting to our board. The event management system also improves capturing attendees (members and non-members easily). We have run an Awards dinner with over 420 guests and a conference with over 220 attendees using the system without any issues. Most importantly feedback from our members has been extremely positive. Their access to transactions, special interest groups and events have been a big plus. The Member Evolution product has allowed management to spend more time doing more important business, relationship and product development rather than tedious and often repetitive tasks that now either a member can resolve themselves or are no longer required to be done manually by staff. 5 Stars!

Vorteile: The ability to centralise all of our member management, communications, events, ticketing and reporting into a centralised system. It is very easy to use and the support in implementation and post-implemenation has been exceptional.

Nachteile: I haven't had any negative experiences. All of my questions have been appropriately addressed when raised. Every system has its limitations but the Member Evolution team are constantly improving and rolling out updates. The keep in regular contact and offer exceptional support.

Kommentare: We have been using this system now for over 12 months and recently our invoicing run went through the system - it worked well. Luckily the system offered a simulation prior to the invoice run so that we could fix up a couple of members that were on the wrong plans. Good features:

The integration to newsletters is simple and effective, but I would like more reporting on who had clicked on what, not just who opened it. There are actually many features in the standard system and we don't use all of them yet, but we have more time now to start creating extra income streams such as positions vacant. We may also turn on the Xero integration because while the invoicing reports are good we still have to upload them in MYOB for now. The help desk is great - we don't really need to use it much now - but we used is quite alot when when we first went live on the internet and they do have an online training manual which all the staff use if they can't remember something.
