The software in totality is a best solution for "Logistics" companies those who aims to execute their business with ease and wish to deliver an extremely outstanding customer experience to its customers. We are impressed with Features Like Separate Modules for various LOB's Milestone for various stages System Generated DSR's Automated Customer Notifications Email/SMS Smart MIS Reports Email Templates System Approvals & control mechanisms. The list is countless

Nachteile:

Tariff & Quotation module though good, could be more simplified and easy to use

Keeping up with complex forwarding business

Kommentare: Logy-Sys up to date with the changes of the time and encompass the existing knowledge based forwarding operation. After sales support is superb. Highly recommended.

Vorteile:

It covers the whole process From initial stage (Sales/customer service) to Operation (booking/pick up) up to closing (Billing/collection)

Nachteile:

Its broad in positive way Information overload for some user.

Logisys Feedback

Kommentare: Logisys was able to streamline our business process. We were able to generate reports that were very tedious to prepare before. Its a big help in our day to day work load.

Vorteile:

I love that its report generating. We could easily access data that were tedious to prepare. It links the business process of the major departments together.

Nachteile:

The Interface is outdated and it is not very user friendly. The design could definitely use an upgrade.

-Room for improvement in the forwarding module -any idea or improvements asked for is termed as customerisation -updates should be in line with the market trends -with responsive system, one can use on mobile or iPad

PROS AND CONS OF LOGISYS

Vorteile:

I like how it was able to compile all the reports and the data that I needed in just a few clicks. It made things easier for me. The job turn around time from days made it in just minutes. We were also able to monitor the job turn around time from each employee thus making them very productive.

Nachteile:

You need to explore so many things before you can actually master it
