Logi-Sys has provided us the much-needed integrated platform we were hoping to obtain from the market. Its comprehensive suite of modules cater to our needs with specificity; we have opted for 3 of the modules - Freight Forwarding, Accounts, and Financial Management.With the Forwarding module, we are efficiently managing shipments, tracking cargo, and optimizing routes and costs. For streamlined financial management that plugs cost leakages, the Logi-Sys module is one of the best in the market right now. We are undertaking invoicing, reporting, and payment tracking seamlessly. With the Sales module, we have the tool now to manage leads, bookings, quotations, etc. in addition to tracking salesperson activities.
Nachteile:
Nothing major, Logi-Sys’ performance overshadows any roadblock, which you are bound to find in any comprehensive product.
A tool that has change the life of Indian Forwarders
Kommentare: Previously we used to keep all record manually, once we have started using Logi-Sys now everything is under control. we can track all shipment related activity closely. we can identify revenue loss and can work upon it.

Almost all features of the Logi Sys are useful, particularly Sales CRM to Quote Perfect rates and transparent Sales CRM is beautifully designed, For Operation management or day to day shipment related activity Logi sys is very useful to keep sharp eye on in and out of Particular Shipment. Helping in maintain all shipment related activity as well as record.
Nachteile:
Nothing Much. Just single suggestion, that copying quotation should be designed in such way that it can be easy and fast.

What i like most is the accounting reports, even I'm not around at office I can generate reports and performance of my team. The accounting system of logi-sys is outstanding.
Nachteile:
Overall, the user interface cannot be modified by the requirements of each country.
Overall good Software for small Size but Poor in DashBoard and MIS Features.

But when trying to Automate few things are not working and restrictions.

1) Not all modules are integrated, software is weak in Master Reports. 3) As an admin i cannot fetch master reports. Like Organisation master, Tax Master. 4) Hierarchy View is not able for Sales,Inter branch view of selected records is not available. 5)Restriction on Report scheduler and DSR., 6)we also need auto Module for customer onboard with approval 7)customer Master view sales wise not available. 8) approval on No of Days not available. 9) Cannot Change User type from Standard to sales Login. 10) Registration nos in Customer Records don't get copied when marked as Global in Child company.

Kommentare: 5 star. Searched all over the market but found no product nearly as good as this. This provides all the features with respect to finance and operations which are required for a good ERP system

1. Security - You will have lot of controls which we can allocate to various users. Security wise the product is excellent 2. Features - Lot of modules and features with various kinds of reports which help in better decision making 3. Upgrades - Periodic updates and improvements to the existing modules

Any modification or addition Of features required by the customer is a challenge. Hr module is missing which could be a real benefit

Software is excellent. Its job wise features is very good even OL and FL locking system is excellent which gives us better controlling.
Nachteile:
There are some improvement required in terms of accounting features. There is some issue with TDS deductions and reporting. Even GST reporting also required some changes.

PROS AND CONS OF LOGISYS
Vorteile:
I like how it was able to compile all the reports and the data that I needed in just a few clicks. It made things easier for me. The job turn around time from days made it in just minutes. We were also able to monitor the job turn around time from each employee thus making them very productive.
Nachteile:
You need to explore so many things before you can actually master it
Versatile software with good support team
Kommentare: Our overall experience is very positive. We implemented the software within a short time frame thanks to the help and training of the support team. We like the training philosophy that there will be another round of training after all teams have be working with the software for a few months. That way we can further improve productivity.
Vorteile:
The software can handle many different cases forwarders have. That reduces the requirement for customization.
Nachteile:
The software provides reporting which is detailed. We require comprehensive reporting which is not available. The support team is looking into matching our requirement. The versatility for handling different cases comes at the price of complexity. That was compensated by good training performed by the support team.

The Interface is outdated and it is not very user friendly. The design could definitely use an upgrade.
