Great everyday analytics tool

Vorteile:

Linguistics tab to understand most common topics and themes of conversation pertaining to an idea or brand

Nachteile:

Can't drill down to look at a brand or user's following specifically, however in saying that there are ways around this to distill to people who like or use that brand

Intuitive tool and helpful representatives

Kommentare: Overall, I'm really happy with it. The tool has so many outlets bringing data and makes my job immensely easier!

Vorteile:

I primarily use Infamy for social listening and research, and the data it gives is incredible! It's like a very refined google search. I have also loved my success lead [sensitive content hidden]! She has been more than helpful and has really helped me improve my writing skills in short amount of time.

Nachteile:

It took me a while to get query writing down, and it is still a work in progress because there are a lot ways to write with the NEAR/2+ features; Infegy does provide a lot of articles to help, it is a little time consuming to reread everything.

Vorteile:

We appreciate the level of customer support. Our designated product support person is very responsive and eager to aid us. We like that we are able to access TikTok and Pinterest data using this tool.

Nachteile:

The data sampling and extrapolating is unreliable and inconsistent.

Fantastic social listening tool

Kommentare: The onboarding process is broken down into multiple training sessions and their team takes the time to make sure you're able to use the platform to its fullest potential. You're never without support whether it be the Help Center or via your customer success lead.

Vorteile:

The platform is very intuitive and easy to navigate once you have some training under your belt. There is an absolute wealth of information that you can gather, and the dashboarding options are extremely customizable to your needs. Above all, the customer support is unmatched!

Nachteile:

If you're unfamiliar with writing boolean phrases, I could see it taking some time to implement the tool. The sentiment analysis overall is great, but sometimes find it categorizing positive vs. negative incorrectly. This can easily be adjusted manually in the backend based on your needs.

Great for Social Listening

Vorteile:

Social monitoring is sold as well as sentiment / passion analysis. Contains all the necessary components for social listening as well as providing useful information on audiences.

Nachteile:

Sampling is sometimes confusing to explain to people.

Vorteile:

I like how user-friendly it is. My favorite part is the preset queries for larger names and entities. It makes building queries 10x faster.

Nachteile:

The impressions aren't calculated the same way as they are in our other social listening platforms so our team has gotten away from reporting impressions from Infegy.

Kommentare: 8.5/10. Slightly confusing at times simply because I do not use it yhat often, but the support team is always great.

Vorteile:

The platform's ability to handle large volumes of data and generate detailed, actionable reports is invaluable for making data-driven decisions. The support and suggestions from Infegy representatives, such as optimizing Boolean queries and improving workspace setups helps a bunch as well.

Nachteile:

The initial setup and learning curve can be steep, particularly for users who are not already familiar with social media analytics tools. While the platform offers extensive customization options, this can sometimes lead to a complex user experience that may be overwhelming for new users.

Even if I filter out reposts, it often still includes them in my query causing the same post to appear again and again.

Kommentare: From unlocking better creative executions, to facilitating stronger insights to generally adding interest to our working day, my overall experience with infegy has been exceedingly positive and I will always look to onboard any marketing, strategy or senior leadership team I am on with the power of its product.

Vorteile:

You will not find a more versatile and useful social listening tool on the market place today. The depth and length of analysis you can do, the collaboration and creative empowerment it facilitates and its role in our strategic planning processes are all ways in which we get huge value from the product. I would 100% recommend it as a solution for any creative agency or network agency, particularly when you layer on the quality of support you receive from the infegy team themselves as well!

Nachteile:

It is not ideal for live campaign management, but this is so rarely an essential use case for us, I don't even think about this aspect of the platform at all.

Vorteile:

- Easy to use overall - Several tabs that provide a variety of meaningful insights; I believe this is the major strength of Infegy Atlas - in a simple way, researchers are able to gather diverse and meaningful insights.

Nachteile:

- Sentiment was often incorrectly categorized (ex. categorized as negative even though the post is positive) which led to skewed data/incorrect peaks on sentiment tab

Quick and easy to use

Vorteile:

I use Infegy Atlas to highlight clear associations between topics I'm researching. It really helps bring to life what the consumer thinks about that topic, and the wordclouds are particularly popular with clients! The interface is very simple to use.

Vorteile:

Most often, I rely on a broad understanding of a category/client question that is best answered with social listening. As a result, sentiment scores, positivity/negativity scores, and the generated word cloud are by far the most utilized features for myself.

Nachteile:

Navigating a sea of bots, advertised products, and other fake online posts persists as an issue even when applying thorough boolean search criteria. Better or more consistent filtering of this content could drastically cut down on my time needed to get a great sample set of customer/online comments.

Kommentare: Overall, my experience with Infegy Atlas has been positive and eye-opening.

Vorteile:

The flexibility to design your query for your unique use and change on the fly has been a fun aspect of Atlas. Being able to implement Aha moments in real time is a cool aspect of the technology.

Nachteile:

So far, I have enjoyed using Infegy /Atlas and have little in the way of cons. I use Canvas most of the time.

Powerful software that provides a lot of customization and capabilities

Vorteile:

The software is really powerful and can pull a lot of insightful information. The new narratives tab is awesome and so are all the linguistic word clouds and looking at volume of conversation over time. There is much that you can do, it's easy to tailor to your needs. (More capabilities and features than other basic social listening tools for sure.) Love that it pulls in from so many platforms too. And the customer service is really good.

Nachteile:

The main issue I've had with the software is that for our team it was difficult to overcome the initial barrier to get trained and really start using it. Once you know how to use everything it's great, but it really takes dedicated training and then use for things to click into place. But our team tried to use on and off with limited success until we kind of overcame that initial training barrier.

I am new to the program, and I had a great training that allowed me to ask all of the questions I needed 1:1. I love how easy it is to use, and how I will be able to easily pull high-level information about a brand or audience.

It is very high-level, so if I want to answer more content-specific questions I will have to resort to a different platform.

Kommentare: The customer service has been EXCEPTIONAL. They are always available to help you build a query or just answer a simple question. It's second to none.

Vorteile:

Although I use the boolean formatting, it was really helpful for our team to initally have the ability to build the query in the easy formatting. This helped them understand the basics and eventually learn how to build the boolean query

Nachteile:

I wish the international insights could be broken down by region without having to look at the countries in that region individually. The sentiment is off sometimes, but they do allow you to change it (and help their system learn). Most of all, I wish we could delete old queries and workspaces that we don't need anymore.

Kommentare: I am analyzing the impact of social media sentiments on firm performance and value among Fortune 500 firms. I am also looking at how hashtags and influencers play a part in this issue. The sentiment and emotion data from Infegy has been very useful for to answer my research questions.

Vorteile:

Infegy has collected, analyzed, and made available so many types of social media data that are very useful for organizations and researchers. For example, the types and depth of information on Sentiments and Emotions are plentiful and allow us to gain deeper insights about conversations on social media about an organization. Additionally there is lot of options to filter the data I want; such as choose only 'Facebook', Twitter or TikTok data, etc.

Nachteile:

There is nothing I could thing of that is lacking with Infegy Atlas.

Great value Platform, Awesome Customer Success

Vorteile:

Integration of platform was seamless. Adoption and utilization of the dashboard was very quick and easy for our team. With a few training sessions, our team was pros. Customer success team is patient, resourceful and really care about our successful use of the platform.

Nachteile:

Collaboration between users is clunky and less intuitive, but we learned.
