Worth to consider for small and middle CRO

Kommentare: It is good for most of the module, need more improvement and bug fix for PMB module.

Vorteile:

Cost effectiveness and flexibility. Ability to export data and build reports.

Nachteile:

Budget & cost management have many bugs and have not approached the real usage cases.

Flex Databases platform

Kommentare: We are very satisfied with the system of Flex Databases.

Vorteile:

Since we have been using the LMS module, it has been much easier for us to maintain an overview and thus ensure training compliance. The system offers a wide range of options and is fun to work with.

Nachteile:

So far we have not had any negative experiences.

Flex Databases System Review

Kommentare: Our team uses some basic Flex modules to set up internal projects (e.g. CLinical Study TMF etc.). The System works smoothly and it is easy for everyone to operate!

Vorteile:

-Simple and easy to use modules -Customizable setup (structure, notifications etc.) -Flexibility in data export and reports

Nachteile:

There is some room for improvement in the initial System training/exposure provided by Flex

Vorteile:

Having an entire suite. Ease to navigate from one module to another. Customer care and development.

Nachteile:

No cons so far. Everything is as expected. Looks and works as per requirements.

modular based setup allows for customized setup depending on project or organization. Quick and rather simple

Nachteile:

There are still some things that we must rely on the helpdesk to do even though we are in different time zones. For example: 1. User account creation timing because of the LMS assigning training when accounts are created. 2. LMS administrator. I can set all other admins but this one is out of control of the Sys Admin.

FLEX is an excellent system

Kommentare: We moved from paper solutions to FLEX and I'm happy to have made the switch as I could move my office with its secure paper vault from BREXIT-UK to digital -Estonia.

Vorteile:

Ease of use Modules Customer service is very responsive and works hard

Nachteile:

I would say user testing, but its mandatory to conform with US FDA regs in my industry

Most flexible application and team on the market!

Kommentare: We were working with Flex CTMS, EDC and IWRS. By default it was big set of functions , but we needed more and these guys adjusted system so quickly and result was really powerful! Highly recommended!
