User friendly software and Innocare staff very responsive to address any questions or concerns
Vorteile: The system is overall user friendly. Adding payers in and setting up patients is an easy task with multiple areas of the profile allows to have more information at your finger tips. Applying payments also a simple task. I really enjoy that you can complete one task in several areas in the system so it saves you time of going back and forth to different screens. The support staff are also very quick to respond when the system goes down and sends us constant email updates of the issue and when it will be resolved and when you running 12 clinics communication is Key!!
Nachteile: I would like to a more modern Electronic Medical Records system. Find the colours of the system to be very blue and grey. On occasion the system goes down which or any clinic would be inconvenient so we also have a back up online scheduler separate from Innocare. With the time difference of Newfoundland of being 1.5 hours ahead of Ontario when there is an issue in the system it is almost lunch time for us by the time it gets resolved.

Kommentare: Everything is all in one place and can be accessed anywhere with the cloud.
Vorteile: Integration with Telus health, charting, schedule set up. Very easy to train new employees to use. Cloud software has been great.
Nachteile: Does not integrate with QuickBooks. Not much guidance for the business owner in regards to Key Metrics and tracking the financial health of the business. Not being able to separate eDocuments into different injuries with different screens. I have looked at other software that has these features available.
