Nachteile:
There are a few fields that I am unable to delete and require me to speak with a Bonterra employee if I want to remove them. These are fields in prebuilt forms.
Honest opinion
Kommentare: My overall experience has been excellent. I use the program for two different entities, NVFS and also for the Government Biometrics System.
Vorteile:
The friendly user capacity, especially when I am transferring from one to another organization

I cannot think about something negative about it

Bonterra Case Management: A quick glance
Kommentare: Overall it has been great. We have been able to cut down our human error from going paper/spreadsheets to this solution with the tracking and reporting. It has also drastically reduced the amount of time to type up reports for our grants. Prior we would be looking at 6-8 hours per report. With Bonterra Case Management, we can now run the reports and have all the information ready in a few minutes and have the entire report done in 1 to 2 hours.
Vorteile:
On the front end, the ability for our team to collaborate with each other regardless of who was the case manager. On the back end, the ability to create what we needed how we need it. Building our own forms and workflows that work for us rather than a cookie cutter solution that we would have to work around and change our process to fit the product.
Nachteile:
The inability for the calendar within Bonterra Case Management to sync with our calendars. We are a GSuite organization and would love that when we put a next appointment for a client within Bonterra Case Management, the ability for that to automatically be put on our calendars as well.
Encouraging repeat customers
Kommentare: Overall it has been a satisfying experience.
Vorteile:
The Bonterra system is easy and fast to use. In addition if you experience difficulties with the program. The customer service team are easily accessible and helpful.
Nachteile:
The added cost in order to make product enhancements. For example if a program needs more data entries in order to be more efficient. The cost of adding the enhancement outweighs the benefit.

The least thing I like about Bonterra Case management are the glitches
Decent Software - Could be Improved
Kommentare: It's been fine. We got an in depth training on using it which was helpful, but that was from my employer, not the software company itself
Vorteile:
The linking of accounts/ people to cases
Nachteile:
often won't let me save my notes -- it takes a really long time so I don't know if the record is saved or not. it's led to me having some duplicate records

Kommentare: Once I completed the needed update on my laptop my overall experience was great.
Vorteile:
The ease of use. Very simple and user friendly.
Nachteile:
Honestly, I thought there was a technical issue at one point but discovered later that this was due to the computer I was using being in need of an update that was preventing me from saving my progress.
Wonderful platform for use with TKF on grants.
Kommentare: It's been very good. I really like the program over the former platform that TKF was using.

Its very user friendly. I did not even need a step by step to figure out the user interface.

I wish there was an option for the users to add clinics.

No case management software is perfect, but this is the best I've used
Kommentare: I have used a lot of case management/clinical software systems, BCM/Apricot has been my favorite. There's always a tradeoff between automation and customizability with such systems, and Bonterra Case Management has the best balance between the two. Building forms and reports is easy, and the tech support is super.
Vorteile:
Easy built-in reporting interface, and really responsive tech support
Nachteile:
Not enough training is included (meaning at no additional cost), and, while tech support is great, other contacts like the account manager are less helpful and turn over often
Self-explanatory, and well stablished Case Management Software
Kommentare: I like its overall stability while working multiple tabs simultaneously. Using the Apricot as a database, case notes, and case management in daily basis, often I open 20+ tabs and it just works fine.
Vorteile:
I like the simple graphic design, and wording made this software self-explanatory. I believe anyone can learn it without a training.
Nachteile:
"Archival Access" I don't see anything major that I dislike. It will make an excellent+ product if they add an option of "Record Edit Request" at least not to involve Admin privileges, just to request a "change to the records option" that way, the admin approve to deny the change will be an option.

I like that you can get to each page discreetly you’re right your case, notes, clearly express and submit without any problem Very simplistic.
Nachteile:
That you can’t save the notes you can write, but you can’t save notes and a little more space to write notes Some notes can be very long given a little bit more limitation would be great

We love how organized they keep our cases and clients. I couldn't imagine how we would keep everything in such great order without this system.

My biggest con is that I am not able to customize my home page and have my cases on that.

Easy to use on Tablet and I do not have to get on my desk top.

Cannot access housing and I have no archive button so I can archive files to add new.

Ease of use and increased productivity
Kommentare: Overall, I would highly recommend Bonterra Case Management. It has helped our agency move to a paperless system which adds access and organization benefits. There has been a significant increase in productivity since using this platform.
Vorteile:
I like the ease of use and ability to customize dashboard forms. An added benefit is the ability to access from any browser.
Nachteile:
I least like the class schedule input. To create a new class and add participants seems tedious.
Apricot admin - nonprofit
Kommentare: Overall I really like Apricot overall as a robust online record system housing all type of client information.
Vorteile:
Product is relatively easy to use and to train others on as needed. What's most impactful is how customizable Apricot is and it can be adjusted to our case management needs.
Nachteile:
Difficult aspects of the product have included missing notification systems to let case managers know of missing info in Apricot, the many form choice fields can be make it hard sometimes for building and pulling reports, ongoing tech issues when running reports so have to talk with customer support to help out. The inability to delete files all together would help with streamlining and data cleaning too.

I enjoy how easy it is to use. I use it daily for my job at a non profit for my case management. I helps me stay organized and on task.

Sometimes the search criteria's are picky and sometimes it's down often but gets resolved in a timely manor.

A tutors experience with Apricot

Apricot is easier to use now that it has been upgraded to allow less time to fill out the boxes.

Everyday is a surprise
Kommentare: My overall experience as a user is good. I like the app you learn something new each day.
Vorteile:
The ability to run reports and data tracking.
Nachteile:
There are no step by step user manuals for basics. There should be more videos available to show users how to create profiles and enter data. There should be a manual that would show how each sections relates to another when entering data. We should know what are critical entries or not.
