Kommentare: Insgesamt gibt es viele Funktionen, die wir nicht benötigen. Konzentriert man sich auf das wesentliche ist die Software ganz einfach und ein Mehrwert.
Vorteile:
die Outlookintegration, denn kleine Teams werden oft von Externen unterstützt. So werden diese in Projekte integriert, ohne dass diese das merken.
Nachteile:
Werden Aufgaben erledigt sollte ein Feedback erfolgen
User-Friendliness at its best
Kommentare: We had been working with a different tool before but weren't happy with it. We were looking for a project tool that would fit into the software infrastructure we were already using, that included features that cover the entire project cycle and is still easy to use. After testing quite a few options we chose InLoox because it integrates perfectly with Outlook and for its user-friendly interface. Instead of training my team on how to use the software they were able to work with the tool immediately.

Great Software, Terrible Support
Kommentare: Pre-purchase experience was great. After the purchase is where the problems, and accompanying headaches, started. GLAD TO BE DONE WITH INLOOX.

Nachteile:
Absolutely zero support. Despite cancelling my subscription/license, the company continued to renew the license for two years, threatening legal action if not paid. Very poor customer service, tech support and administration. BE WARY
Great Software, Great Support
Vorteile:
The Outlook integration is phenomenal! Not only the integration with the groupware itself, but also that it integrates into the infrastructure we already have in place. Another plus is that the program doesn't force you to adopt a formal project framework. It lets you use just the features you need, and you can work in a way that adjust to existing processes. I found their staff particularly helpful. The consultants really listen to their clients and provide hands on support as needed.
Nachteile:
I honestly don't have anything I dislike about the software or the vendor.
