Tolles Design bei mäßigem Funktionsumfang

Kommentare: Ich bin von diesem Tool leider sehr unterwältigt. Es sieht zwar hübsch aus, aber ist in der Praxis leider eine der schlechtesten Social Media Suiten, die ich je benutzt habe.

Vorteile:

Das Design der Software ist wirklich ganz schick und übersichtlich, aber das war es leider auch schon.

Nachteile:

Wenige Funktionen. Unübersichtliche Contenterstellung. Undurchsichtiger Freigabeprozess. Keine Kommentarspalte in der Contentplanung.

Super Tool um alle Channels zentral an einem Ort zu bearbeiten

Kommentare: Insgesamt sehr positiv und im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Vorteile:

Die recht einfach Handhabung, die Einbindung jeglicher Channels, und das organisieren der Tasks im Team. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten der Eigen-Konfiguration

Persönlicher Geschmack: Es ist etwas unübersichtlich, aber man findet sich schnell zurecht

I’ve been using Hootsuite for the past year, and it has been an absolute game-changer for managing my social media presence. The platform's intuitive interface makes scheduling posts across multiple social networks a breeze, saving me countless hours every week. Nachteile:

Occasionally, the platform can be slow, especially during peak times, which can be frustrating when you're trying to get work done quickly.

Great product for social media management

Occassionally individual channels can be out of action on Hootsuite however, this generally seems to be temperamental.

Hard to see the value for small businesses

Kommentare: It was easy and convenient when I was able to use it casually, but it's not a product for people like me anymore.

Vorteile:

Hootsuite was great when it had a limited, but permanent free tier for small business and personal users who didn't need advanced social media account management tools or were infrequent posters. I found it easy to schedule posts both from the app and my computer.

Nachteile:

The price makes it absolutely unaffordable for small businesses, freelancers and people just starting out. Maybe for people/businesses who post multiple times a day there's some value in the time saved, but for folks who only want to post a couple times a week, $1,200USD per year means you're paying more than $10 per post. It seems like Hootsuite only wants a particular type of user, and small businesses ain't it.

Solid, dependable social media management tool

I like that I can time schedule all the posts I want. Instead of going online and posting at that particular time, I can schedule when I want the post to go online.

Sometimes it gets connectivity issues. Other than that, I don't find any problem.

Great management Platform

Kommentare: Great, I had lack of experience in this sector and this has helped out tremendously, you can literary do anything for your network through the Hootsuite Dashboard

Vorteile:

Hootsuite has everything you could ask for in a social media marketing app, and using Canva templates considering Canva is my favourite app anyway for this kind of thing makes it that much better

Nachteile:

A few too many options sometimes, i feel they could have simplified the options on certain things which would have improved speed

Solid but quite expensive social media management platform

Kommentare: I used this suite for a few months with the aim of improving social media presence, with quite appreciable results. However, the complexity in setting up some analytics functions and the rather high costs of the paid plans, led me to evaluate other simpler and cheaper products.

Great for scheduling content ahead

Kommentare: We have used Hootsuite to post to numerous social media accounts and schedule content well in advance of sharing.

Vorteile:

We like that you can add all of your social media accounts to your Hootsuite and effectively manage them from one area.

Nachteile:

We found that the pricing has gotten to be a bit much considering that social media is not a #1 driver of our business model.

Great Program for Social Media Management

Kommentare: Have been using Hootsuite for over 4 years now and really enjoy the platform as a whole. The analytics are not only precise but also have a great visual style to them which makes it a good addition for presentations to other members of the team.

Vorteile:

I really appreciate that Hootsuite runs seamlessly between different platforms. You can manage multiple platforms from the same account and it makes management for social media so much easier.

Nachteile:

It can be glitchy at times, it randomly disconnects and sometimes fails to posts but it happens very rarely.

Vorteile:

I love so many things about Hootsuite. The analytics and reporting features have been awesome for monthly reporting. It makes creating reports super easy and pulls great data points that bosses love to see. It makes social media management much more...well... manageable!

Nachteile:

I wish I could incorporate other socials into the tool like Linkedin and Threads, maybe I haven't branched out enough but I would like to see how those work!

Easy-to-use one-stop social media marketing platform - but moving out of budget range

Kommentare: Hootsuite has been an excellent tool for me while starting out in the role of marketing and communications for my Library, but given the skyrocketing price, we will not be continuing to use it. I appreciate all the integrations and time saving features, but this is not enough to offset the increase in cost, from my own personal perspective as well as from the perspective of our board's financial team.

Vorteile:

Hootsuite is a cohesive one-stop marketing platform that allows for management of multiple social media channels in one site. I appreciate the ability to create content for multiple platforms simultaneously, while still being able to tailor aspects of it such as post text, hashtags, and images size ratios, to specific platforms. Newly added integration with Canva further streamlined my workflow allowing me to create one design for all marketing for a particular program or service, then use it in print, digital, social, and internal marketing efforts. Hootsuite also offers a customizable analytics dashboard that allows me to see how well marketing efforts have done in a certain time frame, and break it down further by platform.

Nachteile:

The pricing has jumped dramatically, as per an email from the company last week, nearly doubling and making it unaffordable on our nonprofit budget. I am also less than satisfied with the analytics as a whole, as I was struggling to see the performance of particular posts as a single entity, and TikTok and YouTube analytics have not integrated well. I also find that since we have had to disable Facebook comments, I cannot do this in Hootsuite and need to manually go into Facebook after every post goes live and change this setting myself.

Save Time Posting On Social Media

Kommentare: I enjoyed having the program because it saved me so much time on creating and managing my many social networks.

I like that the program allowed me to put all my social media in one spot. They save me time and effort each day on making social media post. I liked analytics because they’re let me know how I was doing on each social network.

Nachteile:

I did not like the pricing and it was confusing at first for me.

We switched away from Hootsuite!

Vorteile:

We used to like Hootsuite, it has a nice UI and UX but simply lacks features that we need to maintain our social media presence.

Nachteile:

The cost of the software. So much software out there offers the same platform with more features for less.

THE tool for employee social media ambassadors

Vorteile:

Excellent integration with supported social networks, easy post scheduling and customization, gamification leaderboard.

Nachteile:

Cannot mention LinkedIn entities from Hootsuite composer. This is a LinkedIn API limitation and not a Hootsuite one. Lack of support for the Fediverse, Threads, and BlueSky are glaring omissions.
