I knew I loved this system the first time I tested it. Simple, intuitive, easy to use.
Vorteile: It's intuitive and unlike most software, there's nothing to figure out. It's also flexible. We use it for clients and as a contact information system, allowing us to have everything in one place. There are continuous capability updates and improvements and the customer support is like no other. We get a response within hours - and sometimes within minutes! Training new employees is simple since the system is intuitive. And, it's cost effective!
Nachteile: The system works perfectly for us and for any agency - with or without a traffic manager. The only change I would make is having the ability to view client hours and expenses for the year, even if jobs are closed.

Overall is good
Vorteile: It is easy to navigate and overall I like it.
Nachteile: There is a glitch in Time Sheets. Sometimes I enter time for everyday and then one day it tells me that I have 2 or 3 late time sheets, although I've entered time for these days just recently. It just erases it so I have to enter it again or jus skip it. I am not sure why this happens, but it happens a lot.

Great software for keeping our agency organized and it keeps the work flowing. Love it.
Kommentare: The ability to know the status of jobs at any time which leads to accountability.
Vorteile: Very intuitive software; Easy to use and easy to train users on. Current Track is also priced right. Very responsive customer support.
Nachteile: I'd like to be able to do custom reports. Also could have a better graphic interface in documents... would be very helpful to be able to put jpgs into contact and progress reports.

I've used other systems and nothing compares. I love CurrentTrack!
Kommentare: CT helps me stay organized and gives me peace of mind knowing that I will stay on track to get the job done. I've worked with people who mentioned wishing there was an app they could use.
Vorteile: CurrentTrack is easy to use. To me, it follows the natural train of thought one would have when opening a job and seeing it through to completion. It doesn't leave you thinking, "okay, what do I do next?"

Kommentare: We traffic all of our work through this software and find it easy to use for all departments.
Vorteile: It was as simple or detailed as we needed it. We did not use all the options from the beginning but are using more options as time goes by. The biggest pro is the customer support.. their rep is awesome
Nachteile: With some of the options it is more difficult to find out on our own how to be efficient.
