Kommentare: I enjoyed using CMW's Platform, they have a very hands on help desk structure, the platform is easy to understand and most importantly for me is navigation and this platform is very simple to navigate around. I like that they offer a fair and not very high fee for their services and that they give us the users the options to use an in house specialist if we have one and if not we can always ask them for an external specialist

Vorteile:

I like the CMW Platform because of it's effective business control and the way in which it helps the company manage its processes by allowing integration with software that is already being used by the employees meaning they would only need training for the new platform functions but can still remain in their current positions and their current work would not be effected. I also liked that this platform is customized according to the company's needs so there are no unnecessary programs added that would not be used. I also liked that this software platform can be used in various different industries and that it is not industry restricted.

Nachteile:

I can not say I have any dislikes or any parts that I least like I find that for the skilled IT professional this program is amazing but for your average employee that has minimal IT skills they would find the program difficult to use and would require additional training while using the program.

CMW works as a best task manager software to handle workflows. The integration with other applications works great. The tracking features with real time analytics which improves efficiency. It has a user friendly interface which makes it easy to use. The platform is easy to navigate with minimum learning curve.

Nachteile:

The application lags at times and gets stuck. Sometimes we have to refresh it a few time while order submission which delays the process. It only provides a higher level overview of tasks with basic level insights on tasks that are complete.

First of all i would like to point out about how easy it was to navigate and use cmw in comparison to all other work management CRM software . Does not need us to code and build anything complex . The best part is its automation functionality and ability to track task from anywhere. We find these things to be totally unique with good interface. Budget is as per value this platform provides is i would say very amazing.

I feel it needs a bit of time to get used to but other than that its an amazing platform.
