Kommentare: Very easy to use with its drag and drop builder tool and handles calls efficiently. Great tutorials offered on the Voicent website to help you get started in call flow program designing.A well put-together product and would recommend to others!

Kommentare: Handling a lot of clients can be a very challenging stuff because you have to make sure that you will be able to accomodate them. Setting up schedules and appointments is the best way to handle them. Ever since I used this software, my productivity has increased which means I was abke to meet a lot of clients since my appointments are well organized and I am reminded everytime I have one. Great work Voicent!

Kommentare: Essentially, IVR has been very important to my company. It saves me time by organizing and forwarding calls directly to their recipients. I've tried a couple of softwares but this one from Voicent got my attention. Not only its cheap, it has all the functionality i need. It can easily be customized and most importantly its user-friendly interface. 5-stars from me!

Kommentare: This product is easy to use and doesn't have unnecessary buttons. It's user friendly even upon the installation, I'm glad that I finally found a software that's worth the money I pay. It's never easy to get a lot of workers just to handle your incoming calls.This software has definitely handled calls in our company more efficiently.

Kommentare: I have been using this software for almost 3 years now.
So far, it never failed me.
Calls automatically redirected to the appropriate department, narrowing down to important calls. Such a huge help for huge companies. Highly recommended software. Worth the money!
