Finally a better way for version control

Vorteile:

Our team works hard, but putting the onus of managing the workflow solely on their inboxes made for frequent issues with version control and slow turnaround times. With SpringCM, we were always working on the latest version, could see everyone's input clearly, and had a clear idea of what was in the queue

Nachteile:

We had to get an additional project from IT to allow for pop-ups. Without this, you won't receive alerts when there is a newer version that you should be working from.

Useful Docusigns

Kommentare: Overall, this software is great in having the ability to sign virtual documents on a computer that enable quicker collaborations among team members internally and with vendors, and customers externally.

Vorteile:

DocuSign CLM is useful in signing electronic documents at work.

Nachteile:

We just recently find out at work that there is a cap to the number of signature when using DocuSign

SpringCM is a very convenient software

Vorteile:

Overall, the features and functionality of SpringCM has been very useful since it provides a centralized location for the storage of contracts. What I like most about the software is that It provides collaboration across users. It allows users to request for document review or creation with just a single push of a button.

Nachteile:

It had drawbacks like browser compatibility. SpringCM seems to work faster in Chrome compared when using IE

A great experience signing documents

Kommentare: A pleasant experience that makes signing documents easier. I like the fact that I can use it to sign documents sent to me from anywhere in the world.

Vorteile:

It made signing of official documents easy and straightforward.

Nachteile:

I am yet to identify anything that makes me dislike it.

DocuSign CLM Review

Kommentare: We use it to send to doctors and hospitals to confirm shifts that will be worked, without this tool, the doctors cannot work - this system makes everything faster and easier to reference back to.

Vorteile:

Ease of walking through templates is a breeze, it is easy to find the document and tailor it to each client within just a minute of logging in. I love that it saves each client's contact information.

Nachteile:

Nothing in particular stands out, it is very user friendly.

Docusign is a Must Have for document signing

Kommentare: I have thoroughly enjoyed the ease of docusign. My customers also think it is very professional and they love the ease of ut.

Vorteile:

It allows us to easily send our contracts to our remote customers. I do not miss the days of faxing at all!!

Nachteile:

It would be cool to add an interface where our customers could easily pay after they sign, but not urgent.

DocuSign review

Vorteile:

What I like most about DocuSign is the ease of use. When you need to quickly sign something, all you have to do is hit the next button and it takes you right to the next signature and you click and it signs and done.

Nachteile:

What I like least? I don't think there's anything I don't like about DocuSign.

Digitialised our CLM process - and created significant efficiencies

Kommentare: Significant enhancements to our CLM process, reduced time, money and risk spent on a problem area for us. Happy customer.

Vorteile:

We managed to create significant efficiencies in our contract life cycle management process through the introduction of CLM e.g. Centrally creating, negotiating and storing contracts in one place. Managing renewal dates. Alerts for renewals. Ability to report on upcoming contract expiry/renewal dates. The list is endless.

Nachteile:

Implementation was difficult for us. It was down to our set up and having very detailed requirements, however the system need to have a technical product expert / coding expert in place to develop. Or reliance upon Docusign's team based out of ireland, who are good but not cheap.

Makes it very easy to enter into binding contracts with remote clients

Kommentare: DocuSign CLM helps us engage clients and enter into a binding contract before we offer our research services. It is easy to upload and edit Word and pdf files and send them out to clients for signing. It is easy to sign documents from any location with internet connected devices. However, you need to learn how DocuSign CLM works to get the most and shorten the time required to establish contractual engagement.

Vorteile:

DocuSign CLM provides the features we need to edit contracts, store, and send them to clients. It is quite secure and easy to use even for people who have never used electronic signature tools. The clients can read and understand the terms of the contract and sign from wherever they are. You can always access your documents in one location and are unlikely to lose them, which was a common challenge with physical contracts.

Nachteile:

DocuSign CLM is easy to use but it requires some learning to make use of all the features and shorten the time required to create and establish the contract. It cannot work without access to the internet, which means that connection issues could affect functionality and lead to delays. Another thing I dislike is the price, which is a bit high.

Helps us to conveniently enter into binding contracts with clients wherever they are

Kommentare: We enter into a legally binding agreements with our clients before we offer services. DocuSign CLM allows us to create customized contracts and request customers to sign after reading and understanding the terms. It also allows real collaboration and editing features you need to create and manage contracts. However, internet connection challenges could cause inconveniences. The pricing could also be a hinderance.

Vorteile:

DocuSign allows us to create realistic contracts and share to clients for signing before we send our team of contractors to the clients property. This same time, minimizes inconveniences, and encourages clients to honor their contractual obligation. DocuSign allows users to sign from any location where they have access to the internet. It sends security codes and requires users to verify their emails minimizing the chances of unauthorized access. You can adopt the relevant template, edit the contract, and send to other parties without leaving the platform. It allows you to set reminders to ensure the clients sign on time.

Nachteile:

Although it is user-friendly, I often have to call some clients to guide them and ensure they sign as required. It has a fairly steep learning curve for inexperienced users who have never used such a tool. It relies on the internet connection, which poses a challenge to some users in remote locations with shaky internet connection.

Eliminates physical paperwork and reduces the turnaround time

Kommentare: We usually outsource content from freelance writers in different locations when we have a backlog from our clients. Therefore, we need an agreement with the remote writers to ensure non disclosure and formalize the work relationship. We also create contracts with large companies that need our services. Docusign helps us draft the contract and ask the other parties to sign from wherever they are. It offers many ways to sign and it is easy for anyone to use.

Vorteile:

DocuSign CLM has an intuitive interface that allow new users to navigate, upload documents, create signature sections, and choose the ideal signing process. It provides many document signing options including electronic signatures which makes relationship with clients and freelancers binding. You can request many users to sign the same document regardless of their geographical location. It keeps track of everything that happens to the document so you can tell who altered what section. This enhances transparency.

Nachteile:

Docusign CLM is a subscription solution which might be a limitation for small businesses. Although it has a simple design and features, it requires some learning to enjoy full functions and avoid making mistakes that could affect the enforcement of the contract. It relies on the internet and connection issues could affect its performance.

Docusign is worth the price

Nachteile:

It didn't sync with the database that I used on a daily basis

No more in person signatures!

Kommentare: It has been great. I have been able to collect signatures and date and store them organized like never before.

I love not having to be in person or moving files of papers from office to offce for people to sign. It saves so much time and hassle. Also better organization and less clutter.

I love it all. It has saved so much time. Signatures are know collected and neatly stored.

Professional tool for your business

Kommentare: 10/10 we realized that a week of job can ve done in half of a day because of this.

Vorteile:

Very easy to use and it saves us alot of time everyday. We are receiving alot of leads a day and with this, we are sure that we can provide what they need.

SpringCM has transformed our contract and document management process.

Kommentare: It has provided a seamless way for our staff to manage contracts and documents. It has saved us time and helped us to organize our processes.

Vorteile:

SpringCM provides a seamless way for our staff to process, send, share, and track contracts and other documents in our system. All document management can be done within SpringCM without the hassle of downloading documents, attaching them to emails, etc. With a click of a button contracts can be created and send for signature; documents can be previewed, edited, sent for review, and much more. Our staff is now on the same page with document versions as SpringCM saves the newest version over the last, but allows us to easily access previous versions from the document history. Other features such as Workflows, Smart Rules, Dashboards have helped our staff automate and organize processes.

Nachteile:

We would like to see a way for PDFs to be versioned. Certain file types are also not able to be viewed in Preview mode and it would be nice to have all file types available as a preview rather than having to download.

Kommentare: We store all of our fully executed contracts in SpringCM. We can locate what we need extremely quickly and we can share the documents with our many regional offices. By not storing hard copy versions of the contracts, we save money on paper and file drawers.

Vorteile:

Uploading files are fast, learning the software was easy, it's very flexible. We were able to create customized "attributes" to code our documents to make them easy to search and to categorize. The structure of the database is very flexible.

Nachteile:

It times out after inactivity of about 15 minutes. It's not a real big deal but it means I have to log in again.

SpringCM is my right hand when it comes to contract management, not sure what I would do without it.

Vorteile:

Easy to navigate, simple integration into SFDC and great editing, sharing and signing features. It syncs with my desktop which allows me to input docs without having to go into the system. Same goes for the SFDC integration, I get more users to access documents with the great connection where users don't have to log into SpringCM if they are already in SFDC. The price is more than reasonable, especially compared to other similar solutions.

Nachteile:

I would love a way to create a parent child relationship with documents. The solution has evolved over the 7+ years that I have used it so I can't think of many cons.

Kommentare: We use Spring CM for all our contect management processes. As an e-commerce company we need to on-board and manage vendors and there contract quickly and efficiently. Spring CM allows us to do this with complete integration into our own home grown sales system and into Salesforce with minimal development time.

Nachteile:

Template and label management with docusign should be easer. History and status from Docusign do not alway work, we have contract that get signed but never update in Spring CM. The systems should have a shelf auditing process between them.

Allows us to put all contracts online for ease of access and monitoring

Kommentare: Ability to store and access agreements in one place with reportable attributes.

Vorteile:

The software works well to store and track contracts and agreements and to allow permitted users to access them.

Nachteile:

The reporting capabilities are a little difficult to design. The upfront structure and onboarding took longer than expected to implement

Drives Much Needed Transparency!

Kommentare: We are new to the SpringCM platform. Working with the team on implementation has been fantastic, and our team is excited about how the added transparency and system will help us grow our organization!

Vorteile:

SpringCM is the single source of truth for all of our contracts in flight. Prior to the platform we had a contracts inbox that was a black hole to our Account Executives. The dashboard is a simple one-stop-shop for them to know where their contracts are in the review and approval process.

Nachteile:

Dashboards and reports are not quite as configurable as I would like, and it would be nice if there was more seamless linking back and forth from contracts to the associated Salesforce objects. The great thing is that I've already been interviewed by the SpringCM product development team, and I feel like a valued customer that gets to weigh in on how these features are integrated into the platform.

Great Contract Management Software

Kommentare: Worked with the stakeholders on their initial implementation - the software was easy to work with and easy to train. We were assigned an implementation analyst (John-Mark) that went above and beyond for us.

Vorteile:

APIs that allow us to customize the software to our business and that they integrate with Salesforce

Nachteile:

Some minor UI issues - back button logs you out of the system

SpringCM Feedback- Purchase & Play

Kommentare: The discovery and configuration stages were much more work than our team originally intended. But to be fair and completely honest, our project was extremely complex. To add additional stress, we were really starting from scratch as we were in the process of designing our Salesforce Model and continued to make tweaks all the way up until a few days moving to Production. Overall though we pulled through and I believe we have a good foundation to build upon. I look forward to next steps.
