Great Value and Easy To Use

Kommentare: Absolutely fantastic. Easy to use and understand. The JenesisNow GUI is pleasant and customizable without being overly complex. I did not feel like I was needing to re-invent the wheel.

Vorteile:

The ability to store documents related to an individual policy is very important for our agency. We have a number of clients that have multiple properties and other solutions did not allow this feature. We can also "tag" each policy with its address and simply hover over the record to see which property the policy relates to. I also have to mention the ACORD forms are spectacular.

Nachteile:

New and renewal commissions reports are not available unless the underwriting company is downloading comp through IVANS. There is a work around with manual calculations but an automatic process would be better. However, my understanding is that this is in process and may be resolved in the next few months.

I have used other management systems before, and Jenesis is by far the easiest with the most options for the price

Kommentare: I have used Jenesis software both Hosted and Web versions over the past 4 years. The easy of use with the web version is awesome. The customer service team is simply amazing. They are always there willing to help you in any way you need.

Vorteile:

Jenesis web version is super easy to navigate, to put in information and fond everything you’re looking for fast.

Nachteile:

The web version has nothing that I don’t like about it, I can only say the hosted version, is not as good.

Jenesis-the answer to your insurance needs

Kommentare: Jenesis is an excellent agency management system. The [sensitive content hidden] of Jenesis knows what insurance agencies need and provides you with the tools to succeed.

Vorteile:

Jenesis is very easy to learn and navigate.

Nachteile:

Sometimes you can not have multiple people processing downloads at the same time

Fantastic Insurance Management System

Kommentare: We are so grateful we put this into place well ahead of the pandemic! It allows us to work from anywhere and have the crucial answers we need quickly for our client requests. We also appreciate the continual improvements that we all benefit from on an ongoing basis.

Vorteile:

This software is easy to use and helps us have the ability to quickly see what our clients need. Since we are an independent agency, we have multiple companies to coordinate. JenesisNow brings it all together in one place. We also appreciate customer service - emails, chat feature, phone calls..... they are always there to help when we need it.

Nachteile:

There is a slight learning curve that can only improve from daily use even after certifying in the software system.

Kommentare: We had a backlog of over a year of business that was not being maintained properly due to our previous management software being unsupportive and hard to use. All of that changed when we switched to Jenesis and their team members have helped me get back up and running within a month or so.

Vorteile:

Jenesis Software is by far the best Agency Management System I've found. I looked high and low for options that were user friendly, thorough and affordable. Jenesis checked all of my boxes and provided premier customer service.

Nachteile:

I haven't found anything that I dont like about Jenesis yet.

and the rest of the team. I love that they want to hear from their customers as to what we would like to see and actually have some of those ideas implemented in the system.

Vorteile:

We love the ease of having all our customer files all in one easy location to find. We have a clean and neat way to file for each customer. Rating has been made much easier, keeping up with the money that is taken in on a daily basis. We love everything about Jenesis

Nachteile:

That we still do not have the ability to quote Progressive Insurance through Jenesis (this is not a Jenesis issue this is a Progressive issue)

Kommentare: Any time I've reached out to tech support, they've been amazing and quick!

Vorteile:

Jenesis keeps all of the customers organized and is easy to use.

Nachteile:

Occasionally, errors come up with macros, but it seems to be less and less with each update.

I highly recommend Jesesis Software.

Best Software for Insurance Needs

Vorteile:

The Jenesis program is so easy to use and customer service is always available for any issues I have.

Nachteile:

There is one feature that is no longer available that was very helpful in the beginning but it is more of a browser issue than software.

Kommentare: I've been using Jenesis Classic since 1999. Just recently changed to JenesisNow. There is a difference, but I got this. If I have an issue, I just pick up the phone and their there to help. Always friendly service and very helpful. If your not using Jenesis you need to check them out.

Vorteile:

All your client information is right there for you. You don't have to go and look for it. If you need to pull info up on company side, it's just a click away

Nachteile:

There are a few things different in JenesisNow than Classic. Its just gonna take a few times to get used to it

it glitches fro time to time and will not pull up a customer that I know is in the system. I have found that if you log out and then back in it usually fixes the issue.
