I also like the intake form that I was also able to set up on my own and use it with my website. The pipelines and opportunities were also easy to set up. In addition, it is an excellent value compared to other systems I looked at. The other systems were too complex and were not easy to use. There are so many great features that make LACRM very easy to use.

> **Nachteile**: I wish I could send an email to a group (such as lenders) for my deals directly through the system without having to use a 3rd party. I am currently using another system to do this. If this was possible, it would help a lot since I use LACRM for everything else.

Yes they have lots of bells and whistlers and may be great for big corporations but I found just simple tasks were too difficult to do. I almost had to be a software expert to make them work. Also, getting a person to help with some of these other products was not easy. With Less Annoying CRM I was up and running literally in minutes, loading in my contacts, creating fields and scheduling tasks. It was so easy I never even needed to use Help to figure out how to do things. The one time that I did need to call support, someone in the US answered immediately and gave me the information I needed.
