> **Vorteile**: It makes it super easy to follow up with customers. Also I like that it allows me to control the follow up with the customer. It doesn't do it all for me.

Like if I wanted to send a mass video through text to people that inquired on 4 different types of campers I have to go through and resend it to all different names. Instead of being able to type it what they inquired on and the system be able to make sure the video isn't over lapping to the same customer.

> Experience has been good. Since the app was updated and fills like you are on the actual site it's really nice working out of the office.
