It is one continuous medical record with options to search documents by name and by chronological order. This aids in the team approach and has ensured continuity of care for our thousands of patients.

Experience with EHR Your Way
Kommentare: I had a great experience with EHR Your Way and their team. The whole team made the set-up from start to finish easy. They did a lot of the leg work which made my job implementing it with our staff much easier.
Vorteile:
What I like most is how easy the program is to use and has everything we need for our practice. I also like that if we had an issue, we could submit a ticket, and the ticket was acknowledged, and issue resolved in a timely manner.
Nachteile:
Honestly everything was pretty easy, but the one concern was with the billing, running payments and having the credit card company process the payments longer than 24 hours. Once we noticed the issues and spoke with the team, it was resolved.

EHR Your Way Positive Review
Kommentare: My overall experience with Your Way has been positive. As mentioned above, it's user friendly, the layout is convenient, and the ability that our agency has had to build what we have has been good.
Vorteile:
Your Way has been so user friendly since our company has began to use it!
Nachteile:
It's hard to think of anything that's been bad about it, other than behavioral health not being connected to medical within our agency - but this is not an EHR issue, it's an agency issue.
I am not a fan of this.

Navigation keys, font, print, size, color, schemes, editing and recovering

Difficulty locating, switching to different tabs, not saving automatically

Highly Recommended Program for Businesses
Kommentare: My overall experience is very positive. The platform is easy to navigate and I highly recommend this service to other businesses. It is well rounded, organized, user friendly and has made a huge impact the communication of important dates and information within my workplace.
Vorteile:
The day to day functionality has been smooth and easy to navigate, charts are easy to access and the built in organizing system makes it convenient to find files. It offers a messaging system between employees which has been extremely helpful working fully remote. EHR YOUR WAY support is also responsive and quick to answer questions.
Nachteile:
Sometimes there have been minor glitches in the system or access issues (as with all systems) but EHR YOUR WAY support is always reliable in helping to solve these issues quickly!

Easy to use

Great EHR System
Kommentare: My overall experience has been good. I have not experienced any major problems and the platform is easy to use.
Vorteile:
I like that the platform is easy to use and straightforward.
Nachteile:
I have used other EHR platforms in which you could have a client's chart open in multiple tabs so that you could see different pages of the chart at a time, which I do like better.

Sometimes my internet is spotty and I will lose a document, I wish the document would save or that I could save it when the internet service isn’t great.

Kommentare: Easy to use. No overall concerns. I have used EHR for almost 4 years and think the changes, when put in affect, are beneficial.

Very user friendly. Easy to troubleshoot questions. My colleagues are able to help me navigate through questions I may have.

No concerns that I haven't been able to get answers for through the help of my colleagues.

Kommentare: I love EHR your way. It has been a breath of fresh air for me to use and in comparison with past programs, puts them all to shame. I am grateful for this program and only hope they continue to develop further and come up with a great method of accessing it by mobile next.

EHR you way is a great program that is very easy to used and filled with so many features that can be streamlined for your needs. I enjoy how simplistic and easy to use the documents are and how clients can easily interact with the forms for viewing and signing as well. It has made my life easier since switching
Nachteile:
My only complaint about EHR your way would be mobile accessibility is pretty poor. I cannot access certain parts of the program at all.

Great EHR System/Program

I like that it is easy and compliant to utilize.
Nachteile:
I wish that the calendar/scheduler had where appointments, documentation, no-shows, and cancelations changed colors which would make it easier for clinicians to track there hours.

If your admin agrees to it, any type of reporting like no-shows, percentage of collections you've earned during a time period and more can all be displayed on your dashboard. Have a discussion with them and submit a support ticket to enable this. Best, Jay
Excellent Experience
Kommentare: Excellent. It has made our practice run much more smoothly. It is very easy for our providers with limited technology experience to navigate. Support is very responsive.
Vorteile:
After using several different electronic products, we have finally found one that is perfect for us. We will not be switching again!

Sometimes we do not know about updates that involve changes.
Outstandingly the Best
Kommentare: My overall experience is outstanding. I would not change anything about my EMR, if I needed anything fixed added, or updated they would gladly and quickly get it done for me. The workers for all very respectful and understanding. I would Definitely recommend this product.

I find it very easy to navigate through, most EMR systems can be very complex. I can add and edit features that I use in the office, I can send and create claims with ease, I can set alerts, and I can make appointments that are beyond simple. Just a great EMR

Everyone may have a con about their EHR, but I don't have any cons

Solid EHR system for mental health
Kommentare: My experience with EHRYW overall has been positive 4 out of 5. There are many intuitive features that smooth my day as a clinician. I’m glad to use this software daily for our agency.
Vorteile:
I like how EHRYW seems to grasp the flow and needs of mental health practice management. There is ease of access for clinicians for quick scheduling, quick progress notes, recurring appointments, etc. It allows a smoother daily charting and scheduling. I also really appreciate how we have been able to customize for our agency.
Nachteile:
I would like for improvement of grammar especially when interacting with clients (e.g. email template for portal upload). I often catch grammatical mistakes in practice system. There are a few needed ways to continue smoothing out the process.
Good and efficient tool for providers
Kommentare: My experience has been good, the system responds quickly and effectively and it was easy for me to learn how to use it.
Vorteile:
EHR is easy and friendly to navigate and provides me with tools for interactions with providers that allow us to unify interventions and treatment plans.
Nachteile:
As a provider, I do not receive the total hours I have worked, only my supervisor can see the total hours.

EHR Your Way-an excellent choice
Kommentare: EHR YOUR WAY has been one of the easiest mental health/medical systems I have used over the years. I highly recommend it for it's professionalism, scope of practice tools available and it is user friendly.
Vorteile:
The scheduling, the ability to chart and keep treatment plans, updates all in order with reminders of when things are do. I like the reports also
Nachteile:
I am unable to block out recurring personal event times at this time but may be user error, not system problems.

Scheduling - This is an essential part of our clinic's workflow, as it keeps our practice full and operational. EHRYW's appointment scheduling ensures that PHI can be accessed easily, enhances client care and the client experience. EHRYW's system provides increased efficiency, reduced errors, an enhanced client experience, and improved communication between our clients and therapists. EHRYW appointment management allows our Team to streamline and automate administrative tasks, that increases our overall ROI and output. Patient Records Management - EHRYW consolidates client records, appt scheduling, note documentation, and billing in one platform, this ensures that Lomi has everything we need at our fingertips. Language Barrier: The biggest obstacle/con is often the inability to understand Tech Support. Often times we struggle implementing new ideas/projects because there isn't a clear agreement on what to do or how to do it.

It is an exceptionally efficient and effective system. It is extremely user-friendly. The staff are very responsive to rectifying problems, they are very accommodating to the agency's needs. EHR YOUR WAY is cost-effective.

Easy to use!
Kommentare: My experience has been very positive. The updates to EHR are always quick and positive. The ease of completing my work is my favorite feature. EHR helps me to stay organized, and I am able to check for any incomplete notes!
Vorteile:
I like the categories provided for my specific role. Uploading documents and indexing them into correct charts is also simple! I like how my charts are organized upon logging in. The patient portal feature is also incredibly helpful for sending documents that need to be signed, as well as messages to clients. The overall organization of EHR allows me to complete my work in a productive manner.
Nachteile:
Any time that I run into a feature that is new and a bit confusing, I find that the next day the feature is amended! I am comfortable and happy with all aspects.

Excellent EHR software with Great support
Kommentare: Overall, the support staff has been phenomenal. We have never used an EHR system, so there has been a learning curve, but the staff has been there to help, offering guidance and answers at every turn.
Vorteile:
The robustness and feature richness of Ehr Your Way have far surpassed our expectations. There has been excellent support. The tech at EHR Your Way has always done a great job of giving me explanations or solutions to my issues. The support system follows up with me until I am satisfied and all of my questions are addressed. When I submit a ticket, they reply the following day with a solution or say they are working on one and will not forget about you.
Nachteile:
This is VERY robust software; for a small business like mine (with fewer than six providers), it is like operating a Ferrari on a Ford Escort need. We are always discovering new things with this EHR software because it has so many features. There is a learning curve if this is your first EHR program, but support is available.
