Vorteile:
Gar nichts, bin einfach sehr enttäuscht.
Nachteile:
Das man nicht gleich kündigen konnte, damals noch BoS&S Trotz das ich das Program bezahlt habe ist nach der Kündigung 12 Jahre das Program aus meinem PC verschwunden. Ich hatte den halbes Jahr noch zahlen müssen trotzt das ich mein Pflegedienst geschlossen hatte. Als ich im Januar aufgefordet war was wichtiges zu Nachweisen, stellte ich fest das das Program nicht mehr da ist. Jetzt kann ich an meine Daten nicht mehr zugreifen.
CARA is 100% a better product than the Webtop & Firstdoc
Vorteile:
It is fast, ease of use and very good for Admin to troubleshoot and multitasking unlike the previous content management tools like Webtop,D2, Firstdoc.
Nachteile:
Need a good annotation service to be added to CARA.
CARA-Managing Informaion in Industries
Kommentare: Overall experience was Great and the software is great in clinical document management and it provides some good features like document version control
Vorteile:
The thing I like most about CARA software is it provides content management features with AI powered automations.
Nachteile:
The thing I don't like about CARA software is that it has very few third party resources and it lacks advanced AI Features.
CARA in an highly diverse QM organisation
Vorteile:
Capability to generate language specific master data / taxonomies which helped the global organisation to stay in control of meta data systems while allowing local inits to adopt the taxonomies to their local needs and habbits. Very easy and fast way to hook in local adoptions/ configurations.
Nachteile:
Difficult to manage the local adoptions on a globa level due to missing functionality of managing code segments in central libraries and therby avoid duplication of customizations for local enteties.

They are stored on objects and updated when dictionaries are updated; this allows full text searching / indexing in any language the customer wants. We have moved from FirstDoc to CARA almost 2.5 years back and the response was excellent. We were surprised by the extent of a positive reaction. Never seen such a turnaround in the user sentiments. CARA provides intuitive UI and good OOTB features which enables end-user to locate and work on their content pretty easily. It also provides highly configurable UI for the administrators/power users to deploy the new changes very easily and effectively. We are very pleased and thanks to Generis to successfully migrate and transform our system to the new heights
Nachteile:
Generis support can be better and they need to work on the documentation more effectively.
