grundsätzlich zufrieden und hilfreiches Tool

Kommentare: Im Großen und Ganzen ein gutes Tool für mehrere Personalthemen zu einem echt guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die mobile Version ist für unsere Anwendung nicht so hilfreich, da eine Dienstplanung darüber nicht möglich ist. Das würden wir uns als Verbesserung wünschen.
Auch dass alle Bereiche innerhalb des Systems in deutsch verfügbar sind, wäre hilfreich.

Vorteile:

Es verbindet viele Tools miteinander. Personalplanung und Zeiterfassung nutzen wir davon, aber wer mag, kann auch weitere Optionen nutzen.

Nachteile:

Sehr unübersichtlich, da extrem viele Möglichkeiten. Das ist nicht immer hilfreich.

Rundum zufrieden

the flexibility and simplicity of the tools for our team to view their shifts.

Some features are a little clunky and the lack of support can be a little frustrating.

Excellent and Simple product

Kommentare: Have used it for many years, and its a key tool for our business area

Accountant use

Kommentare: Easy to use and maneuver around. The system is pretty easy to use and both efficient and effective.

Vorteile:

I found Find My Shift to be an excellent tool in time sheets, client hour billings, invoicing, and more. The system is pretty easy to use and both efficient and effective.

Nachteile:

I love using it, just the least i kind of want to see improvement is when you type a name, you have to click refresh to have the name populate. This could be confusing for certain people.

10/10 recommend for a small commercial company

Kommentare: We have been using fms for 4+ years and dont have any plan of stopping.

Vorteile:

Very convenient to create weekly employee schedule and a vehicle schedule.

Nachteile:

the app only shows your individual schedule..

Easy Access and Implementation

Kommentare: we found find my shift to be an easy tool to implement that makes not just staff but payroll easier

Vorteile:

we like the fact that find my shift is easy access to all our staff. even those that aren't tech savvy

Nachteile:

there's nothing to much to complain about, only the viewing format on entering shifts from department view to staff view

FMS - a great solution!

Kommentare: postive experience, we have a working real time track of a complicated picture across multiple sites

Remote clinical team management

Kommentare: Very positive as it enables rapid adjustment and excellent visibility to staff and management.

Vorteile:

Ease of use and ability to make and communicate real time adjustments.

Nachteile:

No issues to be honest - the real time access and ability to cut and paste meets our requirements.

Good software overall but not getting regular updates

Kommentare: Great product minimum issues, but UI is old and new features non existant.

Vorteile:

Familiarity, solves 80% of my issues. We use time clock, scheduling, time off management, and some basic reporting.

Nachteile:

No regular updates, we have been on this system for 4 years and now it has started to look old compared to more contemporary softwares.

Great value for price

Kommentare: Good for the purpose we are using, but very difficult to integrate other administrative services. You need multiple softwares to do an HR admin.

Vorteile:

A relatively easy to use employee management and scheduling solution for a reasonable price. Ideal for small remote teams and for office environment.

Nachteile:

Outdated platform design, some features are challenging to use. It is costly to use for multiple departments of the same company. No API connection to my understanding and no mobile access which makes it impossible to adapt in non-office like environment. Some reporting features missing, others are not useful for remote operations.

Easy to use with app for staff

Vorteile:

Find my shift has a user friendly app for staff.

Nachteile:

Unfortunately Find my Shift does not link to my payroll app.

Simple and easy to use.

Kommentare: Easy to use, would make my role easier if the normal weekly shifts could be saved and input automatically when selected.

Vorteile:

It is easy to use, easy for staff and easy to set up.

Nachteile:

When inputting shifts it is very time consuming as nothing is saved.

pleased with the product

Kommentare: We enjoy using the system and it has helped us bring down our management overhead as a result. making it easy for team to view, accept and log their hours has made a big difference.

Vorteile:

its easy to use and give multiple layers of management oversight, from viewer to admin. Giving staffing team the flexibility to monitor their teams, and senior or management/ team leaders the ability to amend aspects and send requests. Budgeting and reporting tools are also very useful for planning and analysing using team data.

Nachteile:

the baby blue message windows with pale text do need a little amending, very hard to read.

Great Planning and Communication tool

Kommentare: Overall I am very happy with the platform and it is a very good communication and planning tool, in relation to work scheduling.

Vorteile:

I think it is a great platform for scheduling work and projects in advance and providing that information to the team/crew. It is also great for checking back and reviewing time spent on each project, and it is great for recording Employee days off in advance and reviewing them when necessary.

Nachteile:

Overall it is a great platform, I think it would be useful to have a parallel surface for admin to schedule the work in advance and add project notes. This data can then be reviewed and finalised before it is available to the Employees to view on their own device.

Find my shift and the great options it provides

Kommentare: Great product that will make the work day progress with less mistakes

Vorteile:

Integrating it into my business was super easy and fast. And the report on hrs of operation makes for better time management

Nachteile:

The payment process is a bit different compared to established recurring billing for repeat customers

Great for a medium sized restaurant with a lot of staff

Kommentare: I love it. it's easier than excel and bits of paper

Vorteile:

I like being able to see weeks at a time, add holidays and count sick, it's great staff have the app and know what they're doing

Nachteile:

Typing things in wrong - I've almost paid people for 1 hour between 9 and 10am rather than their 9am-10pm shift

Its quick and easy to set up and does the job its required to do

it could be a complete management tool if you added the bells and whistles.

Does everything it says on the tin

Vorteile:

It does everything we need it to and shows all our staff their shifts very easily

Nachteile:

Could do with a section you can add set shifts but this may just be somewhere I haven't looked yet

The ease of use. The fact that it was free for up to 5 users helped us save cost when we started our business for at least 6-8 months.

There is no team group communication system to make it seamless for staff communication
