super CRM-Tool mit vielen Funktionen

Vorteile:
Flexibilität und Anpassbarkeit, viele Funktionen und Updates. Der schnelle Support über Chat.
Nachteile:
Die Auswertungen/Geschäftsanalytik ist nicht durchschaubar, Bitrix verfolgt hier eigene Sichtweisen, die nicht mit den Sichtweisen eines Unternehmens einhergehen müssen. Leider können diese nicht angepasst werden und führen zu "Falschaussagen".Unsere Kollegen findend das Tool teilweise überfrachtet, da in der Cloud wenig vom Administrator "vorgegeben" werden kann.
Tolle Software zur Teamführung
Vorteile:
Übersichtliche Darstellung und einfache Handhabung mit veilen Möglichkeiten zur Team Steuerung.
Nachteile:
Im Feed einige kleine Bugs bei der Erstellung von Feeds per Copy and Paste.
Hilfreiche Software
Kommentare: Insgesamt ist Bitrix24 super für Mitarbeiter, aber auch um Leads für den Vertriebschannel aufzubauen. Man kann mit dieser Software bis ins kleinste Detail alles dokumentieren, planen und verfolgen.
Vorteile:
Am besten fand ich die direkte und schnelle Möglichkeit, mit dem Team in Kontakt zu kommen. Über die Chatfunktion und einen Überblick auf der rechten Seite kann man seine Kollegen schnell finden und anschreiben, telefonieren oder mit ihnen einen Videocall durchführen. So sind dringende Sachen schnell geklärt. Fast wie im Büro vor Ort. Als virtuelle Variante definitiv zu empfehlen. Was mir noch gut gefallen hat, war die Erstellung der Aufgaben. Es ging nichts mehr unter. Die Aufgaben kann man sogar in Teilaufgaben einteilen. Das ist ein großer Vorteil bei der Zielerreichung.
Nachteile:
Per App kann man sich auch Sprachnachrichten schicken. Leider nicht über die PC-Version. Das fehlt definitiv, wenn man weder telefonieren noch tippen möchte. Ich wünsche mir zudem eine Möglichkeit, für Kollegen einen Abwesenheitstext sichtbar unter meinem Bild anzuzeigen oder eine Pushnachricht. Es kam häufig vor, dass ich als beschäftigt oder abwesend angezeigt wurde, es aber niemand wahrgenommen hat. Diese Funktion würde ich mir etwas präsenter wünschen.

Nach Zeitumstellung die verschobenen Zeiteinträge.
Unübersichtliche Handhabung der einzelnen Tools.
Kommentare: Fand die Nutzung eher kompliziert.

Zugriff für mehrere Nutzer ist relativ einfach und gut zu handeln.
Nachteile:
Zeitliche Anordnung verschiedener Aufgaben ist relativ unübersichtlich und schwer zu überblicken.

Great task management platform. Great freemium version!
Kommentare: Overall Bitrix24 has been great for my business. Having a place to see all the tasks, assign to employees and follow up on the work has really saved me time and money!
Vorteile:
For task management it's FREE, it's easy to set up, it's easy to use.
Nachteile:
There are many features that I haven't had the chance to use because it would require me to take some time to review it, test, and implement with the team.

We use Bitrix24 because is good
Kommentare: We developed Bitrix24 in our company, we adapt it to our process, it was a seamless implementation process because Bitrix is very flexible. We managed to sale 35% more in the first year, thanks to this platform.
Vorteile:
Flexibility, adaptability, it has a lot of tools and a strong api directory.
Nachteile:
It does not have multiple steps automated campaigns.

POV Review on Bitrix24
Kommentare: Generally, I like it only for the functions that I really use and need, but really, I feel the pricing is a rip-off.
Vorteile:
Open Channels and messaging integrations with mostly all social media platforms and the website builder.
Nachteile:
I don't like the fact that I am forced to take and pay for plans that I don't even need most of the features simply because they are not applicable to my business operations. I hope that we can be allowed to tailor fit our plans so I can only select the features that I need and what I really use. I feel like I am wasting the value of money I pay because there are lots of features that I really don't need and don't want to use. I also hope that the Forms can be as diverse and customizable just like CognitoForms which is what I use for customer orders, I can't use the Bitrix24 Forms because it doesn't have the kind of flexibility of CognitoForms. CognitoForms is far more superior in this area.

Take a good look around before falling on Bitrix
Kommentare: I am forced to use it in my company, but basically we only use CRM and internal messaging. Other ERPs that I have studied and that I use for other projects are much more intuitive and immediate.
Vorteile:
It's fair to say that in its free version it still has enough usable features.
Nachteile:
The usability, the layout and graphics settings and, in general, the user experience that requires a very long learning curve. The entire platform system (colors, positions, fonts, notifications...) is baroque and the functions are not at all intuitive.

all in one platform , we started with our business unit that is a marketing agency and will gradually expand its use to our business units.
Nachteile:
hoping for more integration with other platforms like APOLLO , or platforms for marketing, sales and data.

Much done, but still much to improve
Kommentare: I would love to see a place where users can submit their ideas for developing the app - and others vote on these ideas. The ideas with the most votes would be introduced first. At the moment, I don't know at what stage my amendment is being submitted, when it will be introduced and if it will be at all (because maybe it only bothers me).
Vorteile:
Great flexibility in the programme and the ability to add your own functions to many modules.
Nachteile:
Poorly developed very basic functions that issue the basis for work. Holiday requests - does not count remaining holiday days Chat - it is not possible to change status to e.g.: homeoffice (as is the case with slack). No autosave in tasks. Mail client that is completely undeveloped.

First that it has a free version to try and understand before buy it. Secondo, the fact that is a really good SaaS software, in just a minute you can deploy a CRM :)

A Versatile Tool for Both Companies and Clients
Kommentare: I use both the paid and free versions of Bitrix. For our company, we use the paid version, which offers very helpful and convenient automation features. My client uses the free version. Even though she is Korean and not fluent in English, I was able to teach her the basics of using Bitrix.
Vorteile:
It is very easy to use. Very user-friendly. I have already recommended it to my client who is a tattoo artist. And this is what we are not using to manage her customers.
Nachteile:
The desktop version, I don't know if it was me, I can't seem to find the CRM portion.

Not very user friendly
Kommentare: Some of our clients don't like Hubspot, or find it too expensive. They usually go for Bitrix or Zoho CRM. Bitrix is good, but adds too much overhead for us and additional stress.
Vorteile:
I liked that it had a lot of features to offer. We considered this product for a client of ours after they brought it to our attention. Doing integrations was painful as a lot of bugs happened in this system
Nachteile:
It's very user-friendly, but the design made it difficult for our client's employees to work on it and we had to bring in a Bitrix expert to do continuous training for them.

Like TikTok integration , ability to connect more than 1 Meta ad account with Bitrix24.
Also in the automation part , if we can add some more tools to deal with the product section it will be better.

Complex but worth it!
Kommentare: I had both good and bad experience with Bitrix24 so I could lean both ways. But even with it's complex ways Bitrix24 will help get you organized and transform your growing business in a thriving one.
Vorteile:
The chat features. Being able to communicate with employees easily and effectively and all together at once. Also, being able to track and watch the progress of my employees able me to help motivate and give the employees that needed a little extra attention got the attention they needed.
Nachteile:
Performance issues sometimes and issues when trying to use the mobile app.

All-in-one Management Tool
Kommentare: Overall, Bitrix24 did everything that our team needed, communication tool, time management, task management, leaves, etc.
Vorteile:
I like how it has a lot of functions and can be integrated with other tools, so it's a one-stop shop for everything we do for work.
Nachteile:
Since it has too many functions, some don't work as well as we want. It is also laggy and has many bugs (but maybe we have too many users).

Bitrix, a GREAT team management platform
Kommentare: My use of Bitrix was mainly limited to the use of its messaging, for supervisors and other work colleagues. I never had any problems with those functionalities, maybe sometimes the chats were down and difficult to see when there were many members in a team, but the platform was functional. Also, the publications made by team leaders were shown in the “Feed” and could be “acknowledged” with a button to let them know they received the information.
Vorteile:
Bitrix seemed to me to be a platform with a lot of functionalities that I did not use, but that, if they were used, I consider that it would provide fantastic utilities for that team. As for the messaging and notifications functionality, I found it very good and perhaps “traditional”, but effective.
Nachteile:
What I have to say is that the platform has many functionalities that perhaps are not taken advantage of because everything is quite messy and even chaotic due to the amount of elements on the screen that are seen, this should be improved.

The good Bitrix 24

What I Liked most about bitrix 24 is the price of the software it was worth spending for for some users. It would be cheap. I can see it is really not budget friendly, but it is very user-friendly. It has free trial that you can try on and believe it or not. I swear you would love it. It has also some more features that every business needs.
Nachteile:
I think what I liked least about it That sometimes it is very slow and has a bug, but it was resolved very quickly. The customer service is also responding very timely. I am asking for a better mobile features so that I can really enjoy using this software.

we like Tracking projects, tasks and time spent. storage must be allowed by permission, its interface is similar to that of Facebook

The disadvantage of this tool is that it is not so well known in the market, and therefore it is not widely used. So they don't know its many benefits.
