Vorteile:
We have used TicketPeak as our ticketing vendor for over nine years. As we've grown, they have grown with us. When we have a new need, they either show us how to use their system in a new way, or will accommodate their system to meet our needs. The product is very functional and their support is exceptional! Highly recommend them!
Nachteile:
Any cons I might have had were either something I didn't know how to do, or were addressed with their tech department and fixed to accommodate my needs.

TicketPeak has been a great fit for our organization. So easy to learn, and service is wonderful.
Vorteile:
Though perhaps not the most feature-rich option, TicketPeak is so easy to use that our all-volunteer box office staff can learn to use it in no time. And the rates are low so we don't have to worry so much about the bottom line.
Nachteile:
There are enough options and enough reports to handle our basic operations, but a large organization may need something more robust.

Kommentare: Overshadowed has been thrilled with the service and functionality of the TicketPeak platform. TicketPeak's staff was very helpful when we were first implementing the Box Office system, and have made several changes in their system to accommodate some of our specific needs. The TicketPeak system has allowed Overshadowed Theater to continue to grow our customer base, to the point where we have had to expand our seating area to accommodate larger audiences because we kept selling out all of our performances!
Vorteile:
The cost. Compared to other Box Office/Ticketing software on the market, the features and functionality offered by TicketPeak, far outweigh the fees charged by TicketPeak for the use of the system. The Support. TicketPeak is always quick to respond to any of my questions for assistance or issue resolution. The Ease of Use. TicketPeak is quick and easy to get new events up and available online. Once the foundation of Seating Charts and Locations has been setup, new events can be up and running online by filling out 1 page of data, then clicking the "Hidden/Public" link and I'm done!
Nachteile:
Ticket Reminder Communication. The Communication Feature is nice to remind purchasers of upcoming events they have purchased. Still, the Email Body does not allow Dynamic information (or I haven't noticed this ability), so I have to create a new Communication for each Event, and the Email Body is not personalized with the Buyer's Name or which Event Date/Time they purchased.

Nachteile:
We are limited with some covid necessities, but if it weren't for that, it's very user friendly.
