Prospect 365 is great for managing opportunities, creating and sharing quotations and associated documents. Seamlessly works with Unleashed and Xero. Each adviser I have spoken with have been brilliant, providing quick responses to any queries I've had.

Kommentare: The key problem we were trying to solve by using Unleashed was to have a way to record our interactions with customers. We are able to do this. But it is crucial that this isn't at the expense of making other basic tasks, such as adding an order, more complicated when fields do not integrate with those in Unleashed. Many of the fields and forms in Prospect are not relevant to us, and so we leave them blank. Examples of not covering 'the basics' include the customer type not integrating with the customer type in Unleashed, the inability to search for a sales ledger by company name (instead having to search by code). We do not unfortunately memorise the customer code of all of our customers!). As Prospect has grown, the support offered has become more generic and less personable. The team doesn't seem very joined up. An example of this was a customer relationship manager noticing some 'bugs' during a zoom call (which we were very grateful for), raising a ticket on our behalf, only for the response to the ticket to be a link to the Prospect academy articles.
Vorteile:
The ability to organise our customers into companies, divisions and contacts. The search functionality The reports, and AI aspects.
Nachteile:
This software has plenty of features and ideas, but it seems to have lost its way as it has developed to neglect the ability to customise and use some of the very basic features - creating quotes and orders. It is true that the reports and data analysis are important, but the fundamental thing for us is to be able to create a quote, or enter an order, and for this to integrate seemingly with Unleashed. We have had issues with all of these and as a small business, the amount of customisation that is possible is a bit overwhelming without support. We want to spend our time solving our customer's problems with our products, selling items, and operating an efficient business We don't want to spend our time reading endless manuals, articles and trying to navigate around complicated set up processes. The software has felt a bit buggy in places and slow to respond. As a result of this, we have reverted to adding orders using Unleashed, because it is quicker and easier.
The perfect platform
Kommentare: I have only been using it for a month, but it's far better than our last CRM and I'm looking forward to getting to know it better.

Very good CRM system
Kommentare: When it was first implemented as a CRM system, I saw the improvements and advantages compared to the old system straight away. It has saved so much time making products live on the website, and adding content and digital assets. We often use special UDFs and a lot of reports, some for analysis and some for storing data i.e. volumetrics or FAQs. A very nice system to work with, overall.

Making products live on the website, adding content and digital assets is one of the easiest things to do.They use mainly drag and drop features, which do not take a lot of time.
Nachteile:
Sometimes the website can be difficult to change in terms of how the web pages are laid out. But this does not affect the department I work in.

High efficacy CRM
Kommentare: Liked the platform, support was great but the price was not for us.

It was easy to use from the first day. Very intuitive and easy to use UI. Integration with Xero and Sage were great and helped the company a lot.

How all software should be
Kommentare: We were looking for a CRM tool to help manage and grow our B2B business. We were recommended Prospect by another company. The rfm matrix was the best sales feature, as soon as I saw it I knew this was the tool for us

We have just integrated Prospect CRM into our business sales process and from start to end the Prospect CRM implementation has been flawless. The quotation was quick and accurate at the start and has never changed throughout the process. The onboardng was excellent and the training sessions were well executed by [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. My staff were engaged and are now eager to use Prospect CRM to assist with growing their and the business sales.
Nachteile:
Nothing comes to mind. The system is exactly as we require.

Easy navigation and great interaction with external mail systems and works off mobile internet for ease of updating system there and then at time of any relevant activity or notification.

Prospect has been a very impactful addition for our sales organization thus far. It has enabled quicker decision making and more organization. The support team has also been incredibly helpful.

There was a slight learning curve but the support team helped answer any and all questions that our team had.

Kommentare: A little over two years with Prospect CRM and everything is in a really good place, the working relationship and support offered is key to this.
Vorteile:
Easy to use, constant development and improvements but in place prior to asking or even finding small glitches. The price is negligible in compassion to what it brings to the business in the form of revenue. Customer experience has only been enhanced by all the reminder features, follow ups, emails and quote faculties built inot the software.
Nachteile:
Don't really have anything to not like, if so it would be petty thing such as the colour scheme.
The BEST CRM Software/

Prospect excels all of our needs, dreams and requirements. If you can't figure out how to do it, the brilliant support team certainly can. No issue is too much trouble. I can produce a report easily to show exactly what I need. Its chronological format make recording data so simple - excellent for when you're busy. The note section is an excellent asset, it makes working part of a team even easier.
Nachteile:
I really struggle to fill out this box. I am yet to have a band experience with Prospect, it's simply great!
CRM System for Wholesale Businesses
Vorteile:
Follow ups are very easy to set and its very easy to track customer spend. The automated customer profiling is brilliant as it flags up waning customers long before they may drop off completely so you are able to step in and prevent it in good time.
Nachteile:
Previous customer orders are not displayed that clearly. Although all items are all in the list, unless you have the order date clearly shown it seems like they are all rolled into one.
Efficient and Easy!
Kommentare: Customer service has been great from start to finish and even the tutorials have been a great success with our team. The interface is especially important to me as I like easy access to my dashboard with recently quoted projects.

love that it is a cloud based CRM which means I can load multiple browsers for multiple projects

A great all-rounder.
Vorteile:
The interface is very user friendly. A variety of built-in dashboards allow you to easily track, monitor and action opportunities/quotes giving us great oversight at any time of current sales and lead generation. It integrates with software for producing quotations and marketing communications which are then visible within the CRM providing visibility for all staff members allowing us to provide the best service. The team are super helpful and responsive to any queries we have and do all they can to find an appropriate solution.
Nachteile:
No cons other than a few initial teething issues at the beginning which were quickly sorted out by the team at Prospectsoft.

Vorteile:
API hookups to Unleashed & Xero make it so easy to use - live quoting with stock data means we're not quoting on stock we don't have. Customer RFM makes the sales team more efficient as they can target clients effectively to build on successes, or to rescue those who are having a hard time.
Nachteile:
There is almost too much customisation possible... but it's easy to lock down the system, so it's not really a disadvantage.
Great CRM System
Kommentare: I have used many CRMs in previous companies and have to say this is one of the most efficient. This links to our Sage system really well so I can see all customer info within Prospect and don't have to go back and forward between systems which is really useful and saves so much time.
Vorteile:
- Everything I need to know is under each customer - Can see At A Glance my customers that need more attention - Notifies me when a customer hasn't ordered (and probably should have by now) - Easy reporting

Prospectsoft ease of use
Kommentare: The Prospectsoft software is easy to use and support from Prospectsoft is excellent should you have any queries.
Vorteile:
For the user the product is easy to use and provides you with regular reminders to update and act on information.
Nachteile:
Not had any issues that have not been resolved promptly by Prospectsoft support team

Kommentare: I find ProspectSoft extremely easy to use and would recommend the system to other people.
Vorteile:
I have only used the system for a short period of time, but the features which I find really useful are being able to email clients directly from the system. Also, we are able to see at a last recent contact made to customers.
Nachteile:
I haven't used the system long enough yet to be able to comment on any features that are missing. All features that I have used have worked really well.
