The software is designed specifically for the PEO and health world. The software does have a few limitations that I would love to see filled up, but I have seen that with each new release from the software it serves to erase another small irritant that I have with the system. Overall, the small concerns that I have with the program do not amount to enough to make me regret signing on with them. We instituted the system at our company a little over a year ago and the difference has been amazing. Our ability to track our clients, move files efficiently through our office and in general increase the efficiency of our support staff has been nothing short of amazing. It also allows complete transparency and accountability with a running history of messages/notes and status updates as the process moves forward. i-linked has easily increased productivity by 60% for my company by linking the lead suppliers, brokers in my organization, and the PEO's I submit business to.
