For example I have just spoken to the help desk about a report that wasn't working as it should. In 10 minutes they had identified the problem and fixed it. Other companies have support teams with untrained/inexperienced people on the front line with script led fixes that take you through a time consuming, unnecessary process that don't address the issue before you are finally passed on to a trained professional. With ASAP Rent we get straight on to the trained professional first time, this is a real strength. Also for an additional fee we've been adding credit car processing with Chips & Nips and complete interface to our accounting system. It's just works great ! The best characteristic of ASAP Rent management is they know the car rental business. As far as usability is concerned it is very user-friendly and new users can learn very quickly. However, it covers major aspects of car rental business. Fleet management, Rate management, Long term, Short term, Leasing management, Credit card processing and Accounting interface

A great bonus is the ability of the package to remind us of when a service or repair is due - helping us to keep a firm hold on our fleet. Not a lot of Bang for the Buck

Kommentare: This is a company with 1980's graphics that likes to tell you what you need. You need exactly what they have and the way that they have it. Unfortunately, what they have sounds good in their marketing material, but really doesn't cut it. For example, they will promise an online booking engine, but it doesn't take credit cards. They will promise an quickbooks back end, but they don't tell you that the back end is you making a manual journal entry yourself. The list goes on and on. You can add to it some very poor customer service skills and lack of contact to make your journey a little bit more miserable. I wish you the best of luck with choosing a company, but remember, with ASAPRent, they will promise a lot of services that are later described as "For an additional fee".

The entire system was installed remotely in a single day and the response times of the Support Department have been excellent. With this software we have improved our response times, streamlined the administrative process and it definitely helped us make the process of construction equipment rental efficient and effective. It substantially reduced the workload of the Department of Revenue, by dramatically streamlining billing tasks and subsequent recovery. We have received excellent feedback from our customers since ASAP Rent was implemented. Prior to billing the monthly closing took an average of 1 to 2 weeks. After finishing the month with ASAP Rent we carry billing out exactly the last day of each month, thus achieving better performance in the subsequent accounting period. Our fleet of rental equipment is now in good condition thanks to the Preventive Maintenance module. I highly recommend ASAP Rent software, it is an excellent and cost-effective solution. Practical, rapid implementation, with effective training and excellent technical support, constantly updating and especially at a very reasonable price."

Citadelle Chevrolet has been using ASAP Rent since the past 5 years, initially as a one branch system with 30 vehicles. The system then and now is so solid and user-friendly and all the rental process is fast and efficient, without any worries. The Day-to-Day operations are streamlined with the use of the Daily Diary system allowing staff to see what the situation is at any time, helping with the vehicle utilization, deliveries and pick-up's with the graphical planning schedule and dashboard is just great.
