A Great Tool For Managing Visitors
Vorteile:
We use QLess for managing visitors and it has been awesome. It makes scheduling easy and allows mobile access. QLess is also customizable.
Nachteile:
For visitor management, QLess has not failed us.

QLess for Higher Education
Kommentare: For the cost of the software vs. the benefits, it's definitely worth it, but you need to be patient, and have someone to be the system administrator to save time and energy.
Vorteile:
QLess is simple to use as far as the interface. It was easy to train many people to utilize the system. The reporting is easy to use, as well, and provides good student insight.
Nachteile:
It is difficult to make changes to the queues without involving their customer service teams. They aren't the quickest to get back to issues that are often time consuming.
Good but not the best
Vorteile:
Allows mobile access meaning we can access remotely, which is useful.
Nachteile:
Not able to customise as much as I would have liked.
Great Software for Managing High Traffic Heavy Volume Areas.
Kommentare: Only watched a demo and had a co-worker show it to me who is utilizing. Like the customization, flexibility and interface of the product. Seem's like the vendor takes care of most of the back end development which is helpful for those not as tech savvy. From a front end user perspective, it's as simplistic as it gets.
Vorteile:
The ability to hop in line or make a specific appointment is a great feature that allows flexibility for members. You can also section off your queues at the organizational or department level. Example, in an educational setting you may have one for tution/payments services line and a completely different queue for food services. Offers both browser and mobile abdications and is responsive on both platforms. Also has great customization.
Nachteile:
Nothing not to like but it is expensive. Would only really need if you are a larger organization that processes a high volume of individuals. If your selling ice cream and want to control your line outside your truck. This product is above and beyond what you would need.
Check-In Without Physically Being In Line
Kommentare: Overall I enjoyed Qless because it enabled me to check in at the Secretary of State without having to wait in a 2hour line. I was able to go about my day and arrive at the office once my time was up.
Vorteile:
The ability to check in without actually being in line allows you to do other things with your time. There is an estimated wait time as well so you are able to time when you actually need to arrive. Plus, it's free to use!
Nachteile:
Interface and registration can be a little clunky. As long as the place you are at has clear directions on how to check in, it is pretty simple to use. In the event there are not any directions, it can be a little complicated
Great Product to Ensure Social Distancing
Kommentare: Really good, In the past we have had lineups of 2 hours plus and this software has cut that down drastically as people know when they are coming and we know what they are coming for making processing ALOT quickier.
Vorteile:
Easy to use queuing software that has a simplistic interface for handling large volumes of people. I like the simplicity of the product where the customer has options to book appointments or jump into pre-excising customer queues. Allows management/processing of large volumes of people without creating long lines.
Nachteile:
Does not have a test environment. You must do your testing in production or call support for changes to your integration.
