Really good system for small-medium sized business
Kommentare: Product is really good and cheap relative to the other products we assessed. Having a person to speak regardless of time of day was a big plus when we had questions.
Vorteile:
The list of features and price point. The fact that there were no integrations (except for outlook and teams) and everything else for us is in one place.
Nachteile:
It has a lot of features and organising the configuration did take some learning but the support was very good to assist us

Good ideas, could operate more smoothly
Kommentare: It often takes me two or three times to click through to the option I want to find, so I would say the ideas underpinning it are good but how it operates could be smoother.
Vorteile:
The floorplan map which makes it easy for everyone to visualise exactly which seat they've booked themselves into.
Nachteile:
Sometimes you have to click on buttons two or three times to select the option you want, and cancelling a booking isn't a very intuitive process as the delete button is at the top, rather than customary UX location of bottom, of the screen.

Hybrid Hero - desk booking review
Kommentare: Overall, a positive experience with a team who are keen to continue developing HH
Vorteile:
We're a small business and needed something that was realtively simple and quick to use for hot desking and the carparl, which HH does the trick. The support has always been prompt, and where something isn't possible, there's an honest answer and we feel heard.
Nachteile:
The layout for of the screens could be better as some parts - the previous version of HH was aesthetically better and easier to navigate.

Simple desk booking and HR

Vorteile:
We started using the desk booking system years ago and recently srarted using the HR module. Both are great and easy to use
Nachteile:
It would be great if they had timesheets, we use a separate system for that but having it all in one place would be better
