Finally, a tool to build relationships rather than to hit numbers

Kommentare: Absolutely fantastic. [sensitive content hidden] (Breakcold's [sensitive content hidden]) has been incredible from start to now. From his first interaction with me, a super personalised demo, through to checking in on my campaigns and giving me advice on how to improve everything I was doing. I couldn't rate him higher!

Vorteile:

The most useful feature inside of Breakcold is definitely the social selling element. I'm able to really easily and quickly keep track with what my leads and clients are getting up to and interact directly through the feed. Its a massive time saver and that feature alone can be accessed for just $29/mo I believe.

Nachteile:

The way that accounts are priced is a little tricky when you have multiple and are running a cold email campaign through the software. I completely understand that cold email isn't the priority of the platform but being able to have both in one is great it just scales up the price quite quickly. Still cheaper than combining Breakcold with most other cold email softwares that have the same feature set!

Nachteile:

In my experience, finding my way around Breakcold takes a while because I'm new to CRM. I look up BreakCold's knowledge base to overcome the learning curve or ask the community for help. I also hope the [sensitive content hidden] will consider other platforms for outreach eg. Reddit.

Kommentare: Overall experience has been good just a few updates needed as i said earlier. and need to increase number of integration options. besides these it is a great tool for sales teams targetting smaller number of leads for better results. as in the end this is enablement not complete tech.

I absolutely love the fact that it integrates well with all 3 platforms i.e email, Linkdin and Twitter.Because of which i can practically keep an check on all of clients social activities which can help our sales team and us to personalize better and sell at the right time and with right relevance as well as relationship

Nachteile:

The tool is new so a few bugs hear and there are a given and the team is quite small so it is a good as well as a bad thing. The amount of integrations available is quite limited and i feel it should be increased a lot.Other cons can be on pricing a bit pricy for people from tier 2-3 countries.

Social Selling 2.0

Kommentare: It has been good. The CRM is relatively new-I think 18 ish months old-and the development has been very fast and very good. The tool is quite easy to both setup and use, and the socials list feed is excellent and makes it super easy to not miss posts from potential clients. So you can take nurturing to a new level.

Vorteile:

Breakcold has most of the things things you see in most sales CRM's. But it has a few you dont see. You can use sender rotation on the emails so you can send more volume and actually hit the inbox. Then it has both Linkedin and Twitter integrations that allow you to see selected prospects inside the CRM. So you can both build a specific list and then engage from right inside the CRM instead of having to track in all down on each platform for a specific list.

Nachteile:

The two drawbacks I can think of are minor. One is that since it integrates with LinkedIn you need to use an extension, but you need that for every single tool in existence that integrates with LinkedIn. So it is a LinkedIn thing and not a Breakcold thing. The second minor drawback is that the sales pipeline reporting could be improved/expanded. But I know that is on their roadmap and what they have works well so I don't mind it right now.

Wonderful Iteractive CRM

Kommentare: Outreach is not a simple and easy task. Specially nowadays with so much digital noise.Breakcold has been a loaf of fresh air, simplifying all this process of outreash and create online relationships with people you don´t know.

Vorteile:

I would say it is an interactive CRM that i can use to create and build relationships from the ground up.I can use it from lead prospecting up to lead enrish, engagement , sales and contracts.All in one app.

Nachteile:

I use Breakcold for all my brands, so i would love to be able to group my lists into folders. It´s a simple feature.. i´m sure it will come in the future.

Works great for my business needs

I can integrate LinkedIn profiles, create segments of prospects into specific lists, and access their recent posts, all from Breakcold. This allows me to engage directly (through comments, likes, or messages) without having to open LinkedIn. The best feature is the ability to add an unlimited number of team members, enabling them to assist with the work. I’m also a big fan of the stuff the founder shares. This content has been a game-changer for me, helping me step up my skills big time. I’ve found the tips on email outreach super helpful. It’s great to have everything I need in one place and also get some cool advice on the side. And I'm not from the sales background but this CRM is super simple to understand and make it work.

Nachteile:

I remember when I was trying to figure out how to do this big bulk action and couldn't find the button, and it was so confusing. But then I reached out to the support team and they helped me out. Sometimes, the steps or buttons you need aren’t really clear, but the cool thing is that I can just send a message to the support team and they’re there to help me.

Kommentare: Very intuitive and helpful functionality. Great to follow the people you really want to and to have the opportunity to respond to posts and message directly through Breakcold.

Vorteile:

LinkedIn is great for lead generation and engagement, but it lacks a lot of functionality that Breakcold delivers, e.g. a selective timeline where you can follow the people you want to instead of what an algorithm selects.

Nachteile:

Monitoring many people leads to very long times until all posts are loaded. What looks like a malfunction is rather a security function. LinkedIn acts pretty restrictive when external systems access an account. The delayed actions of Breakcold care for not being locked out of your account.

Kommentare: very very positive. I've been using it for almost a year. And very few tools surivive my minimalistic list of tools that I adopt.

Vorteile:

it has a clean interface and everything I need for social selling is under one roof. No more changing 1000 tabs just to send a personalized message. The CRM is smoother than more expensive alternatives. The lack of limits on leads stored and emails sent per month it's a fresh breeze for my brain. When I use breakcold, it almost feels like a suit tailor made for me, instead of a engineering behemot like many sales tools.

Nachteile:

it's still young and in full development, but the guys work hard to improve it fast with customer feedback.

Kommentare: B2B lead generation is changing. Mass automated emails with AI generated lines are no longer cutting it. Breakcold is allowing me to create relationshiops first and foremost, which ultimately leads to an easy sale and better ROI for both me and my clients

The simplicity! To have your leads social media feeds in one centralized position is an absolute game changer! The ability to upload potential clients, sift through each profile at the click of a button and like, comment, engage, email all from the same screen has been incredible!It allows you to stand out from the bulk automated thousands hammering inboxes on a daily basis

Nachteile:

Uploading Sales Navigator leads - the profiles URLs are too long and once imported and trying to open the profile it will be unable to link to that profile (can be a right pain in the neck)

Vorteile:

Breakcold holds a vital place in my prospecting workflow. When I connect with qualified prospects on LinkedIn it is frequently not the right time for them to become a customer. The "no, not now" reply. Breakcold allows me to organize and track these prospects and monitor trigger events that are opportunities to circle back to our conversation. I have booked many meetings and closed many sales using this method. Breakcold is the best tool out there to do this.

Nachteile:

I can't say enough good things about Breacold. The fact that we now have a tool that directly integrates with LinkedIn and allows you to run your sales process without 3 or 4 other tools, is just awesome. I use it daily to capture prospects into my pipeline and follow their movement to ensure I don't miss a beat. The inbox feature is insane, you can send messages in LinkedIn, X, and email without leaving the platform, and now I'm hearing that its going to be unified...WHAT!???

Nachteile:

There isn't anything in particular, the CRM is still young, and many basic functionalities will inevitably be added, but all in good time. As a solo founder, this is more than enough at the moment!

A great time-saver and not just for sales

Vorteile:

The best thing about Breakcold is having everything (at least, from the social accounts they have) in one place. It makes it easier to keep track of people - in our cases, not sales leads, but content sources - journalists, experts, companies, etc. Without it, there would be a lot of switching around to other apps.

Nachteile:

Only really what I've already said. It would be great if it had more implementations to other social platforms.
