Kommentare: Futureproof make my and my client's lives easier and a joy to work through all the things we have to for either B Corp certifications, CSRD compliance or Carbon reporting.

Vorteile:

It's a one-stop shop for all the work I need to deliver for my clients saving me tons of time and saving my clients money. It's super easy to use, and intuitive and the customer support is exceptional.

Nachteile:

The supplier manager is the one that needs more work but it is still miles better than anything else I've used in the past. And they're constantly working on improving their features which is great.

Highly Recommend

Kommentare: A very useful platform with wonderful support

Vorteile:

The platform has an abundance of resources which allow us to achieve better quality, faster. A lot of the struggle in finding our way through ESG, road blocks and complications with measures has been reduced or removed thanks to Futureproof and the excellent James.

Nachteile:

A search function would be very helpful, and it is occasionally difficult to find your way without one. Having said that, help is always on hand. Our needs are nonstandard, and as a result the roadmaps can sometimes be a little unwieldy. That said, having a ready made roadmap is a great help, and it can be edited to suit our purposes.

Ideal B-Corp Support Software

Vorteile:

Futureproof was a vital step in setting up A+A to be eligible for B-Corp consideration. We worked alongside the team in their early days, which resulted in a lot of conversations about what would be helpful for both parties. We appreciated how communicative their team was and the ease of use of their software. Would reccomend.

Nachteile:

Since using Futureproof, their UX has improved, which was the only note our team had.

Futureproof

Kommentare: I found it quite daunting to start but with the help of james at future proof and the excellent level of description in the task i soon settled in to using it daily and find it very easy to use,I guess there is a learning curve with every new system you start to use but i never felt frustrated and the learning curve wasnt a steep one.

Vorteile:

I found the futureprrof platform very easy to use with everything being very explanatory and well laid out.New features were being added to improve the system.

Nachteile:

i found surveys to be quite un user friendly however i know the team are working on changing this but other than that which is a small gripe i cant think of anything else.

Kommentare: Futureproof were a valuable partner, both as a piece of software to help us get organised, but also as a friendly team to speak to for advice. Without Futureproof we would not have met our goal of achieving B-Corp accreditation in our 22/23 financial year.

Vorteile:

Futureproof provided us with a clear roadmap and set-of priorities so that we could make sense of our path towards being a sustainable business and eliminate all of the distraction that could have cost a lot in time and resources. I saw them as trusted guide holding our hand through set-up of the infrastructure and processes needed to set the business on course to focus on sustainability and ESG. Most of all, I liked the framework of templates and trackers that allowed us to organise and gather the data I needed. The platform also constantly improved and acted as a brilliant one-stop location to access all of the guidance we needed to run that part of our business. This made it easy to delegate ownership and access to colleagues, improving our efficiency and allowing us to make more progress than would have otherwise been possible.

Nachteile:

We were engaged with FutureProof from an early stage so the interface and reporting was always being updated and improved. Overall this was a positive thing as we were able to help shape improvements to the presentation of data and management options.

Perfect for businesses considering B-Corp

Kommentare: The onboarding was superb and well thought-out, and the support we get from the team is second-to-none. The personable and flexible service from their team makes you feel valued and empowered.

Vorteile:

Both the Futureproof setup and approach to B-Corp certification are structured and well thought-out. It breaks down objectives into smaller, manageable goals removing larger and often overbearing aims that we wouldn't know where to start on.

Nachteile:

Currently, I can't think of anything I'd do to make Futureproof better!

Best software for B-Corp

Vorteile:

The flexibility to engage with Futureproof at our own pace and synchronize with our timeline has proven to be excellent. Our efforts in pursuing B Corp certification and enhancing our company's policies and procedures have coincided with various crucial business responsibilities. Having a platform that operates seamlessly alongside us has proven highly beneficial, particularly given my primary focus on managing the company in my day-to-day role. Futureproof has significantly contributed to the company, not only in facilitating the B Corp process but also in identifying areas for improvement and implementation within the company that we may not have previously considered.

Nachteile:

I can't think of any at the moment. I am sure more features will be released with time.

We adopted Futureproof to enhance and oversee our business's sustainability initiatives at Tyk. Collaborating with Futureproof is an absolute pleasure. Our experience with the platform thus far has been exceptional. Futurueproof’s latest enhancement to Supplier Management, Tracking has significantly simplified administrative tasks. The platform is user-friendly, straightforward, and effortlessly manageable.

Vorteile:

The team is really great - the platform is quite new so they are hyper reponsive to suggestions and ideas as they want to build the best tool for businesses.I really like the roadmaps feature. You can sign up to roadmap and then it has a number of smaller tasks assocatied with it. This makes it easy to tackle small areas of improvment in your business for example mental health or business ethics.They have recently introduced a supplier section where you can email a survey to your suppliers and track what they are doing for ESG.

Nachteile:

I dont really dislike anything ! In there emissons tracking section i would really like to see more categories like cloud hosting, ppc for spend -> carbon footprint calculations

What are you waiting for?

Kommentare: [sensitive content hidden] were critical to our B Corp recertification. The platform was one side of it, which on its own is brilliant, but what sets Futureproof apart is the amazing support and guidance we received. They genuinely want to help and make us a better business.

Vorteile:

The platform is brilliantly designed and easy to use - this made our lives so much easier when dealing with so much data, documents and processes. Progress was easy to track saving us so much time to focus our energy on the important improvement areas.

Nachteile:

No cons, we had one minor bug once, but that was quickly fixed and we were also given early access to new features to have our say on what might work better.

FutureProof - Excellent Sustainability Partners

Vorteile:

We’ve been working with FutureProof for a couple of years and have nothing but great things to say about them. They have been supporting our BCorp application and their platform is brilliant at breaking down the process into manageable modules, it is a mammoth undertaking, but their platform has really helped our business to get organised. They have also been working on Carbon Manager and Supplier Evaluation products which are valuable in helping to achieve ESG goals and very user friendly. They are incredibly supportive, knowledgeable and passionate about helping businesses become more sustainable and their Slack channel has connected us with likeminded people from across various industries. They also actively seek input on their platform roadmaps from users which I think is really important during product development and enables their products to be very intuitive.

Nachteile:

I would just love to hear from them more!

Central to our B Corp journey

Vorteile:

Its been brilliant seeing the iterations and improvement in the product over the last few years. It was central to Born Social attaining B Corp status and will continue to be central to our continued emphasis on improving our overall approval to sustainability and the environment.

Nachteile:

Nothing jumps out. Last year some of the features were nascent and needed some work but the speed of improvement whilst really taking into account what SMEs need has been brilliant.

Kommentare: Futureproof has been incredibly helpful in the effectiveness of our process of becoming a sustainable company. The platform has made it possible for us to advance our efforts in a timely manner with the limited resources we currently have as a startup, all our progress would not have been possible without Futureproof.

In our particular case, the option to centralise all the tasks for the achievement of our BCorp certification was extremely valuable.

Nachteile:

I can't think of a feature that was not helpful for us. When we started to use the platform we encountered some gaps, however, working closely with the Futureproof team we had the opportunity to provide feedback and additional features were incorporated to accommodate our needs. As an example, I could highlight our own business page showing our impact to date.

Vorteile:

We are currently working with Futureproof on our BCorp journey. They have been fantastic partners - always available, happy to help and really open to discussing the nuts and bolts of our specific situation. The platform is very intuitive and builds in really helpful support and ever present encouragement to go further! Would definitely recommend to any small business thinking of becoming a BCorp - an great helping hand.

Nachteile:

There are features that the team are still building that will be very useful - such as support for conducting surveys.

Kommentare: The ability to dip in and out, and align with our timescale has been brilliant. Our work in submitting for B Corp, and improving our company’s policies and processes has been alongside a myriad of other key business tasks for us - so having a platform run alongside us has really helped, especially where my day job is on managing the operations and finance.Futureproof has added value to the company in a big way, not just the process of B Corp but understanding what we need to improve/implement as a company that we haven’t necessarily considered before."
