A great way to focus developers
Kommentare: We focus on rolling out secure and scalable web services. We rely on Kubernetes in the GCP, which we activate with the help of Mogenius. Our strategy is for developers to focus on the development processes. DevOps is largely virtualised with the collaboration with Mogenius.

Nachteile:
Mogenius is a young start-up, so there is still some risk. We believe in the company and look forward to all the use cases we develop together.

Kommentare: We needed a platform to host our project and Mogenius is an all-in-one solution.CI/CD integration, it provides its own external hostname, integration with multiple of-the-shelf templates for different services, etc...
Vorteile:
I've used Mogenius to deploy a proyect from scratch and the experience has been quite painless.It provides easy GitHub integration, persistant storage management and a wide variety of templates to suit all your needs!So far I've used a MySql template for my dev db and it works great.Very pleased with its flexibility and their excellent customer support, they've been anything but helpful with all my questions.
Nachteile:
Being a docker based service it comes with some caveats.Using it for production databases comes with its own risks, also I've missed the option to include automated Unit Tests in the platform.However, both issues have their workarounds. Mogenius offered the option to provide managed databases for production and you cal include your unit tests in your docker file, so happy-ish days

It's been a while, and the platform has evolved significantly in the meantime. I'm happy to share that one of our recent releases included a major update to the build pipeline. This update introduced queued and decentralized builds, resolving potential bottlenecks and decreasing build times. Looking forward to hearing your feedback on this.
