A great employee engagement platform
Vorteile:
Anova provides a user-friendly platform with lots of features for creating engagement surveys with multiple options and data security measures make it a valuable tool for businesses and researchers seeking to gather actionable insights from their employees. The software provides a range of reports and recommendations by analysing the responses received enabling the organisation to improve employee wellbeing.
Nachteile:
Sometimes can be a little bit difficult to use on a mobile device with a small screen.
Seamless user experience
Kommentare: As an end user, I have a limited view of the full capability that Anova offers, however, it offers a seamless user experience. It is also great to see that employers are keen to better understand what impacts on employee wellbeing in order to design engagement tools that work.
Vorteile:
Questions are framed in an unambiguous manner, the layout is clear, the progress bar is visible at all times so there are no surprises in terms of how much effort the survey requires.
Nachteile:
On completion, it would be interesting to see some stats from the survey (or surveys in general), e.g. how many people have already responded, or what the current trend is on one of the parameters etc.
Anova- Employee Assessment
Kommentare: Anova is a tool for assessments that helps organizations increase engagement and productivity with their staff by obtaining input from them and the data gathered from the tool supports the development of a stronger and more contented staff. No free or trial version is available yet, however, monthly subscription charges are quite low. One should try at least.
Vorteile:
It seems to be a good tool for employee assessment and collecting input from them to make a healthy working environment.Low monthly subscription charges.
Nachteile:
I can not say much about the disadvantages of this tool, however, there is no free or trial version available.

User friendly, smart and seamless - 10/10 customer service!
Vorteile:
Health is number one, without health you have nothing... for any business that wants to shift their focus to the wellbeing of their employees, look no further than Anova. A platform that creates a safe space to share your feedback with the comfort to know that your employer has the tools to implement your recommendations.
Nachteile:
N/A.
Finally a tool that goes deeper than engagement stats and looks at the root indicators of wellbeing.
Kommentare: My experience has been excellent. The system is well designed and intuitive and our team have given really encouraging feedback. Since we have brought Anova onboard, we have made improvements to our wellbeing programme and it's really working for us.
Vorteile:
I like how easy the system is to use and the range of topics covered. It's very thorough but without taking too long to complete. Our managers get the data fed back to them anonymously and then they act on it and I know they get excellent support from the Anova team on how to implement recommendations.
Nachteile:
I can not see any cons with this system from a user perspective - it's excellent and has really boosted team morale!
