if you want to benefit from Televend it is necessary to really change your processes. this could be a big afford in the beginning, but it is worth every minute. It will be payed back day by day after installation.

Vorteile:

La solution Televend est entièrement pensée et développée pour les acteurs du vending. Le boitier est multi-protocole, ce qui facilite l'installation sur tout type de distributeur automatique. Le connexion est compatible avec l'ensemble des systèmes de paiement vending. D'autre part, le paramétrage et la mise en service s'opèrent sans contraintes depuis le portail web.

Nachteile:

Les fonctionnalités manquantes sont en cours de développement, notamment la compatibilité avec certaines ERP métiers et l'intégration de solutions de couponing de type QR Code

Vorteile:

The data analyses is very usefull. Besides this, the fact that Televend allows for prekitting, something that is very usefull for us. The fact that Televend allows us to change prices remotely helps us as well.

Nachteile:

Sometimes the software is still a bit clunky. there aren't really many connections between the different webpages in the software. Besides, updates and improvements are delayed quite often, which is unfortunate, cause it makes it tough to make promises to my team

Kommentare: Since we have chosen Televend Solution, already inside of our company, the monitoring of the machines is much easier because, first of all, the system alert you of all activities that are happening with a machine in real-time, second of all, in general, the Televend Solution is made so simple, easy to use and very transparent for all information you need from the machine. So, in general, great products come from a great Televend team.

Vorteile:

Definitely telemetry system, you can in real-time see everything that is going on with a machine…that is something out, anything in general that has to be done with a machine, or if you want to update the machine, change the prices or place of the machine. Everything can be done thru Televend telemetry software.

Nachteile:

That's just the time you need to spend to get better acquainted with the new solution - Televend has a very detailed platform for vending machines, but with Televend team for training, learning goes without a hitch. There were no other defects.

Best investment since starting Coffee and co

Kommentare: We have been working with Televend for about 2 years now, and have doubled in vending machines.Partly because of Televend. You can give better service, work more efficiently and monitor everything.Compared to how we worked in the past, is looking back to prehistoric times.
