For Investment Bankers - a no brainer
Kommentare: An investment banker friend of mine boasted that he was able to customize his CRM in the course of a summer. We went from 0 to a fully functioning backend system in 2 days from launching our firm. First rate.
Vorteile:
CRM that is built for investment bankers. No need to spend thousands of dollars customizing a solution. It's an excellent system. The support is first rate. No complaints at all. The outlook plug in is excellent.
Nachteile:
User Journeys. I think that's in the pipeline. Looking forward to that.

Made Market was the best decision for our business
Vorteile:
The level of customization is outstanding – we were able to tailor the software to perfectly our business. The deal section of Made Market is brilliant and allows us to track our target lists in real-time, easily see who is still active and export results to send to clients in seconds. Everything syncing back to the underlying contact allows us a 365 view of the contact or firm with all deals, opportunities and interactions. Also, the system was live straightaway and the onboarding process was so easy.
Nachteile:
A mobile app in due course would be great.
Purpose-built product
Kommentare: Very positive - easy to use and purpose built for our workflow.
Vorteile:
CRM functionality and how it links so well with tracking and managing deals. Distributions feature is also very helpful for managing reach-outs.
Nachteile:
The inability to seamlessly follow up parties in a distribution list. Currently you have to find the email in outlook that you're CCed on that came from a distribution and manually reply in outlook if you want the follow up to be on the same chain. It would be good to be able to send bulk follow ups based on certain criteria and have it appear in the same email chain.
The Best CRM for Boutique Investment Banking
Kommentare: My experience with MadeMarket has always been phenomenal. I have used the platform with two separate investment banks and tried to implement the CRM in another firm. I will always think of MadeMarket as my go-to CRM for Investment Banking.
Vorteile:
MadeMarket's platform makes it easy to stay in contact with potential investors and helps our company keep track of deal progress. Its user interface is easy to learn and use and has been my favorite CRM for over 3 years.
Nachteile:
Perhaps the long wait time it takes to delete contacts from a deal list. The option to delete all seems to always fail, and I have to go through manually and delete targets a handful at a time. I have only had to do this twice though, so not a big issue.
Senior Banker Review of MadeMarket
Kommentare: Excellent for all the reasons mentioned above. The system was designed for investment banking and it has all the features our firm needs to run a process from lead generation to contacting hundreds of buyers for a deal to closing. I recommend MadeMarket often and appreciate the various parties it has partnered with to create a more robust eco system. I use Pitchbook and Caplinked and will seek to use the services of several of the other partners.
Vorteile:
As a small firm with minimal junior level support, we rely heavily on 3rd party software applications like MadeMarket. The CRM has been designed by investment bankers and is for investment bankers. The features in MadeMarket track the lead generation and deal process which makes it intuitive and easy to use. The Customer support is outstanding - very responsive, very knowledgable and the team has a great attitude. This is a critical part of the overall service and value MadeMarket provides, especially for a small firm which does not have a person dedicated to the application. Sending prepared videos responding to specific questions is highly valued and a very efficient way to communicate answers to questions - often times more effective than reading an article.
Nachteile:
Not any real complaints. Like all robust software programs, there are a lot of features and it is easy to forget how to use the system or access certain aspects of it unless one is using it daily or weekly. The one area that possibly could be improved is the email tracking with contacts in the system. When I receive or send an email and try to invoke the MadeMarket icon to capture the emails, it does not appear to always work. I am sure that it is a user error. Regardless, tracking email correspondence is critical and I am glad MadeMarket has that capability.
Everyday use

Ease of use with the software is my favorite part.
Nachteile:
Improving the speed of downloads and loading of filters would be great.
MadeMarket is worth exploring
Vorteile:
As a new MadeMarket user, I have been very impressed with the level of training and customer support that has been given. The learning curve looks steep when first diving into a new software platform. However, I quickly discovered that MadeMarket has implemented excellent resources to help lessen the overwhelm and level out that learning curve. I rate my experience 5 out of 5 stars!
Nachteile:
It would be nice to have more videos in the Help Center.
Simple and Effective CRM +
Kommentare: Very positive CRM tool that replaced a lot of in-house tool sets.

Simple and easy UI and Plug-in that allows for almost instantaneous time to value
Nachteile:
There are still a few glitches within the plug-in that require you to click out of it and reload it.

Initially, it was the weak communications about new features and lack of a proper help page set-up - but these issues have now mostly been addressed
Robust tool with stellar customer service
Kommentare: Very satisfied with the experience. Customer service is very helpful and responsive. Emails are usually responded to within 10 mins and the problem is always solved in a matter of hours or less. The fact that the team creates new functions and features supporting our ideas is awesome. We can pretty much tailor mademarket the way we want to.
Vorteile:
The outlook add-in is super helpful to track conversations and in which stage they are in. CRM is tailor made to investment banking which helps us a lot and streamline our work.
Nachteile:
Maybe the fact that the Company seems to be relatively new. So sometimes, it does not work properly (e.g. emails are not always tracked).

Great Product and Top Notch Support Team
Kommentare: It's a great tool, not only for deal management but for forecasting cash flows and sharing / creating reports for management and clients. Overall, it's a wonderful tool for the $$$ spent.
Vorteile:
It's very straightforward. So much that an intern can get into the software and quickly figure out how to use it. We also use MM as a CRM to feed other resources (although we have not integrated any plug-ins or add-ons). Additionally, the support staff at MadeMarket is wonderful. If you need assistance, MM will respond in a timely manner which each service inquiry.
Nachteile:
I can't think of any cons; we've got no complaints.

Vorteile:
MadeMarket streamlines what has been an arduous task of managing separate tools for tracking and reporting of target firms and contacts. Specifically, the ability to manage outbound distributions through a single platform with monitoring / tracking within a single view saves time and provides valuable insights regarding where each firm stands within a specific process.
Nachteile:
There are a few workflows that require modification based on how we input and manage data that would make use more efficient, although these are relatively minor.
