We have 3language courses at one of our locations for English. There is a specific time and for the courses and we need more than one because of different levels. Everyone has to be there on site. But we have over 10 different locations so would have to organize so many teachers and courses and still there would be people that can not be a part of that because of other meetings, home office and so on. So picking their favourite time and having a teacher for their own in an online setting is just flexible and also more effective.
