Great tool for content management and email marketing
Vorteile:
A great content management tool. We can store all our docs and important files easily in this tool. I am also happy for email marketing feature.
Nachteile:
There is still less features and customer support. Can improve third party integrations as well

TigerLRM & Sales Enablement = SUCCESS!

In a very short period, the LRM & Sale Enablement features changed the sales landscape dramatically for us at Chetu. Starting with recruiting, to training, to coaching, to creating the right content and delivering that content in a timely fashion, TigerLRM & sales enablement instantly brought sales success and accountability to an already very successful company.
Our Sales Enablement program instantly helped us avoid unnecessary admin costs and the need to access multiple platforms by establishing the right framework that identifies the knowledge, skills and behaviors required to successfully perform the tasks and responsibilities of our Sales Teams.
Vorteile:
The ease to which the LRM supports and populates the metrics necessary for the Chetu sales processes. This has allowed Chetu to build a better sales foundation and increased business. In today's environment. I'd be dead in the water without this software.
Nachteile:
Integration was very seamless. Very little to not like about the actual software. Chetu required many of the Sales Enablement elements which also were incorporated very quickly. The best feature was if we didn't like something it was usually corrected very quickly to fit our needs.

In addition to being a great traditional CMS...TigerLMS is Designed towards Account and Lead Management, Closing Business.
Nachteile:
New features seem to stay one step ahead of new ideas/needs.

Vorteile:
Activity Dashboard is quite useful to have an insight of the up-to-date status of the overall sales campaigns.
Nachteile:
If TigerLRM had a better channel management and reminder system it would be definitely the best CRM ever.
