Cority

I have been using Cority for about a year and a half and have been our site administrator 1 year

Vorteile:

The adaptability and ability to customize layouts and information to what is relevant to us is excellent. The fact that it gets updated every 4 months means when we do find improvements we would like, they are quite often already in the works. The customer support has been excellent and the staff is always wonderful to deal with.

Nachteile:

Some of the limitations prevent it from being exactly what we need, however that is to be expected with any commercial software. The Cority team is quite helpful at finding us work arounds for the pieces that we cannot change.

Great Product / Great Support

Vorteile:

Very configurable and stable platform. Customer support is awesome.

Nachteile:

Experience lag when uploading to server at random times.

Expensive Solutions

Kommentare: We had a negative overall experience with the company. They weren't interested in our initial tender and even after convincing them to bid, they put in only the basic effort. Once selected, they immediately went into money maximizing mode and then we were met with a carousel of different people and account reps that never had any consistency. Some are of the staff are good and supportive but overall you just get this vibe that their focus is to just check you off their list and move on regardless of your readiness or the state of the product.
Decent Solution but Subpar Implementation Services.

Vorteile:

Cority is a powerful platform with tons of features and lots of integration opportunities. It is used by many large companies and is able to customize the solution to a degree if you're willing to pay. There is also a great community behind it where people can come together to answer questions and propose software changes.

Nachteile:

1. Expensive - this is a very expensive solution, even compared to other players in the space. Not only is the base solution expensive, you are essentially forced into a position to buy "consulting hours" and time for anything after your basic implementation. It can get excessive at times. 2. Pressure - during implementation, you are under immense pressure the entire time from them to move the project forward and any slight changes in timeline are met with fee's and warnings. They have a overly intense emphasis on hitting the deadlines at the cost of implementation quality.

EHS made easy

Kommentare: Really enjoy working in Enviance. Inputting data, editing objects and building reports are done quickly and with ease.

Vorteile:

Interface is laid out intuitively. Easy to navigate.

Nachteile:

Too many confirmation screens. Refreshing return you to the top of the menu/page

MEDGATE CORITY SUPERUSER

Kommentare: COLLABORATION WITH IH AND SAFETY MODULES

Vorteile:

THE SOFTWARE HAS BEEN ENHANCED OVER THE YEARS SO IT TAKES LESS TIME TO PERFORM DAY TO DAY FUNCTIONS.

Nachteile:

THE START UP COST AND TIME .WE HAD TO UTILIZE A FULL TIME IT PERSONNEL.

Kommentare: It’s a great management tool for Safety and IH

Vorteile:

The IH module feature and being able to create sampling plan

I have no concerns so far. Except the complexity of the system.

Exciting Ergonomic Self-Assessment program

Vorteile:

The platform is incredibly easy to use, allowing our employees the freedom to take the self guided assessment at the most convenient time and pace versus scheduling out a third party to come and do an assessment.

Nachteile:

Implementation was a bit tedious, but we had a wonderful support team that helped us every step of the way!

Cority - An excellent solution

Kommentare: Overall we are very happy with Cority - their Cority Acadamy for additional training is excellent, the user community is great for picking the minds of those who know a lot more and if you need to log a support request they a fast and effective and explain things clearly and slowly. (Possibly one of the best support teams I have used)

Vorteile:

Cority supplied us with our own dedicated implimentation consultant ([sensitive content hidden]) who was extremley knowledgeable - They provided us with excellent training which made the move from our old clunky system to Cority GX-2 a fairly painless experience

Nachteile:

As a large Occupational Health team looking after 15,000+ employees and numerous external contract there are a couple of things missing - it isn't easy for our recruiters to search the dashboards, although I understand Cority are working on a solution for future releases.Also we do a huge amount of blood tests daily and there is no ability for us to connect a label printer that allows us to label blood samples - this is a major failing of this solution.

Cority User

Kommentare: Unlike the software we had before, Cority connects many sections like the incident management, claims management, employee demographics, environment etc into one system and so is easier to use.

Vorteile:

Easy to learn and can have many features in one place.

Nachteile:

Visuals can't be adjusted as needed. Some fields are duplicated.

New user into a system that was set up by others

Kommentare: As a new user myself i didn't think we were using a lot of the system to it's benefit. Having been at the Cority APAC Roadshow on [sensitive content hidden] i got to see the overall capabilities of the system. Presenters showed how they have implemented, developed or use the system based on how long they have been using Cority. That experience has given me new passion to further develop our capabilities,

Vorteile:

Overall system capability is excellent, as is the user community. As a new user to the administration function of the system the support i am getting from the Cority team has been awesome.

Nachteile:

There is no 'process maps' available for how how system was set up - that is NOT a Cority issue, more an issue at our end but Cority have been excellent in helping me navigate the system to better utilise the features

External Quality MGR/ ISO Mgmt. Rep/ SQA MGR.

Kommentare: I think this system is great. Our customers really like how this works during audits. The information is at your fingertips. The only suggestion I would make to the program is that all modules and support look ups have the ability to have a full page view. I use 2 screens and many people do now so it would be nice to view all information on a full screen.

Ease, Information at your fingertips along with how quick it is to get info , charts, past history.

Nachteile:

I would make all charts or logs with the ability to view on a full screen.

IQS Review

Kommentare: My company has been using IQS for our Quality system for aver 20 years. It has proven to provide us with all the funtionality that we require to be a leader in our industry. The IT Customer Support is by far the best I have ever dealt with.

Vorteile:

There is a alot of funcitonality available with the software.

Nachteile:

The web is not very customizable. Everything seems to require a new deployment.

Cority Review

Kommentare: I love how cority listens to customers and values feedback.

Vorteile:

We had a major gap while we transitioned from an old database to Cority. I liked how we became tied in from occ health to safety, less paper and felt like we were moving up with the times.

Nachteile:

Training when releases come out! AND It often feels like new things come with a cost and it’s hard to keep going back and asking for money each time.

Clarity

Kommentare: It is a great place to keep our SEG's , and easy injury entry.

Vorteile:

Easier to view with newer format; The dashboard feature is helpful for an overview;

Nachteile:

The need to program the reports and set up the business rules. More IT than I am used to and an RN.

Cority Connect Conference 2020

Kommentare: Knowledgeable staff. Proactive approach to improving overall use for end user.

Vorteile:

Reporting features; ability to set up and send emails with attachments.

Nachteile:

Not that I like it “least” but would just like more hands on with the report builder

IQS Review

Kommentare: I use IQS for Supplier Quality every day, the AVL, Supplier Nonconformances etc. I love the new version.

Vorteile:

Ease of use.

Nachteile:

Supplier Audit Checklists - Cannot see the whole question.

Good Software but Clunky

Kommentare: Data entry is very cumbersome compared to the Access databases we used to use. We stopped using part of it several years ago and went back to Access because of the time required to click one button after another and switch between tabs. The Access database allows all data entry to be done on one screen and is at least 10 times faster. Also need simpler inspection plan setup ability and the ability to link to pre-set characteristics that are used across multiple product numbers so that a change to a specific universal characteristic is pushed forward into all product using this characteristic. Also need a way to link component parts to an assembly so a change to any component part is pushed forward into all the assemblies that use this component.

Vorteile:

Overall a good system.

Nachteile:

As stated above, clunky data entry and hard to maintain inspection plan changes.

Cority

Kommentare: easy to use.

Vorteile:

ease of use, big fonts, no problems with log in issues.

Nachteile:

too much clicking from one place to another.

I feel so behind

Functionality and services are great which makes it an easy choice.

Frequent upgrades make you feel behind when you finally implement a new process

Kommentare: Very good records of all of our incidents since implementation (2002)

All the volumes of data that can be collrcted

Kommentare: We are still configuring the system, so if you would like to check back with us in 4-6 months, the system will have been configured, tested, and released to our management and employees for daily use. By that time we will have a more thorough review and data to share.

Vorteile:

The IQS eQMS is fully configurable by us, so we are able to build it to match our current QMS procedures and process flows, while also improving them via the IQS eQMS. The costs and cost structure were much more reasonable compared to their competitors.

Nachteile:

The only con so far is that IQS eQMS is on a new and improved platform and their documentation needs to catch up; in the meantime though they fully make up for it by being very helpful and available as we work to configure our system.

Turn key system with all of the key functions I need.

Kommentare: Use of the IQS system to control my calibration system has proven to be very effective. The efficiency in which I can designate given task due dates with the instruction for what is needed is a key area of use for my organization.

Best QA Software Available

Kommentare: After 13 years with IQS my company switched over to SAP and the complexity of SAP makes me wish we were back on IQS. SAP offers no easy way to do searches and what is one or two steps in IQS is as many as 20 steps in SAP. If you have IQS stick with it

Vorteile:

It is easy to set up products and devices and doing searches is very easy to do. Be nice if exporting data could be done directly into Excel and was faster.

Nachteile:

no real complaints other than suggestions I made in previous reviews concerning inspection plan setup.

My Initial thoughts

Kommentare: Initial go live found several issues not doing what we thought it should and should have been configured up front.
Fixed rapidly during coricon (for the most part).

Vorteile:

Dashboards and capabilities. Relative ease of use with navigations. Options for design and layout.

Implementation process and configuration

A program that everyone must have for their organization

Kommentare: Very good so far. Looking forward to going live.
