Vorteile:

Integration in die Microsoft Umgebung ist intuitiv und entprechend einfach.

Nachteile:

Leider nicht viele Individualisierungsmöglichkeiten.

Kommentare: Insgesamt ist mein Eindruck sehr positiv, denn ich habe selbst damit keine Schwierigkeiten.

Vorteile:

Am besten gefällt mir, dass ich einfach Umfragen erstellen kann.

Nachteile:

Für manche ist es am Anfang ein bisschen kompliziert die Umfragen richtig einzurichten.

Umfragen schnell erstellt und geteilt

Kommentare: Forms kombiniert Leistungsfähigkeit mit Einfachheit in der Bedienung. Forms eignet sich sehr gut, um Meinungen oder Sachverhalte systematisch zu erfassen, und zwar asynchron, d.h. die Befragten teilen ihre Infos, wenn sie Zeit haben, und in einem Meeting (synchron) kann sofort mit den Ergebnissen gearbeitet werden.

Vorteile:

Forms macht es einfach, Umfragen zu erstellen und zu teilen. Die Beantworter müssen nicht in derselben Microsoft 365-Umgebung sein, der Befragungslink kann (wenn das gewünscht ist) auch "öffentlich" geteilt werden. Es gibt unterschiedliche Fragearten und Antwortoptionen, die man verwenden kann, z.B. Single Choice, Multiple Choice, Rating, Freitext. Auch Pfade sind möglich (wenn eine Frage mit "ja" beantwortet wurde, gibt es einen anderen Pfad als wenn die Frage mit "nein" beantwortet wurde. Befragungen können an bestimmte Personen gerichtet sein, oder nicht, und Befragungen können anonym sein oder nicht.

Nachteile:

Je nachdem, was man vorhat, stößt man auch an Grenzen. Aber die allermeisten Befragungsziele lassen sich bereits mit Forms erreichen.

User-Friendly features of Microsoft Forms

Kommentare: Great, To be honest. It had always been my helping hand.

Vorteile:

Wherever I have to ask my friends or my colleagues, about going on a trip or taking a decision on something important. I prefer using Microsoft Forms. This gives me an option to create a customised form for to send it to my friends and colleagues for their opinion. And also genrates a graph according to the results generated by my poll.

Nachteile:

Nothing as of now. I had been using from past 2 years, and till then I didn't faced a single problem in any functioning.

Everything from basic to complex

Kommentare: Overall I much prefer Microsoft Forms over other forms like surveymonkey. I found it easy to make basic forms and with a little time you can even do more complex forms. We have used it for simple forms like satisfaction surveys to forms used to register for online webinars. It is very versatile.

Vorteile:

It is very easy to make forms with different options of questions.

Nachteile:

It seems like you have to constantly log in to see the results. As far as I can tell you can't get a regular update sent to you with the results.

For microsoft users

Kommentare: I have used Microsoft forms for suverys which gave me a better understanding of my customers interest just by sending them a link

Vorteile:

Export data as excel is awesome, as well as all the variaty of questions types and fields

Nachteile:

I thing UI design is poor and unactractive for many people

An excellent option for 365 organizations

Vorteile:

Forms is an excellent product for surveys and forms, internal and external, and a critical part of the 365 organizational suite. It can integrate with Lists and Power Automate to increase functionality, and has many options for controlling settings and security. The synced results spreadsheets are extremely helpful.

Nachteile:

The way you have to designate a Form to a personal account or a Team is a little goofy and can have some unintended consequences if not carefully managed (who has access, etc.). It's also very easy to create forms, but a little too easy to change them.

Be informed through Microsoft Forms

Kommentare: Overall I am pleased with Microsoft Forms. It offers the opportunity to make forms with a Microsoft 365, so comes for free if you have this platform.

Vorteile:

Microsoft forms offers the ideal forms platform, perfectly integrated into the Microsoft group of products. This makes it really easy to use and export to programmes such as Outlook and Excel.

Nachteile:

The software is quite basic and is isn't as advanced as something like Jotform. The limitations make it difficult to make the logic jumps needed for complex forms.

Microsoft Forms - not just forms

Kommentare: Microsoft Forms is a great bonus app from Microsoft 365, easy to use and export data, with live results but limited customization. Overall is a good tool for creating surveys, quizzes, and polls.

Vorteile:

The most I liked the ease of use, the app has an intuitive and simple design witch make it very easy to use. Another great feature is the real time analytics and visual summaries witch gives useful info really fast.

Nachteile:

There are no things to dislike at Forms, it has some limitations but afterall it does not have any extra costs for using it as it comes with Microsoft 365 bundle.

Has limitations but still gets the job done

Kommentare: Microsoft Forms makes the process of gathering data online through surveys , a lot easier for I and my team.

Vorteile:

Password protection for survey forms is top on the list of what I have been most impressed with on Microsoft Forms. Setting password protection for survey forms , helps to greatly reduce unauthorized third party access to my surveys.

Nachteile:

Microsoft Forms lacks a mobile app, and real time group collaboration provisions for survey creation is absent. These are key limitations that have greatly affected the efficiency of my team when creating surveys using Microsoft Forms.

MS Forms Is the Best Survey Creating Tool

Kommentare: I love forms and it has made many of my surveys easy to create. With MS Forms I can create surveys even when the request for a survey by management is issued late.

Vorteile:

MS Forms is very flexible and easy to use. I love the fact that there are many template to choose from to suit what you want to do. You can share forms to mails , ms teams right from the form settings.

Nachteile:

Not sure if I have identified something bad about forms

Standard for Internal User Surveys

Kommentare: I've used it more for feedback forms if I create them. I'm most just a user but have created a few.

Vorteile:

Easily integrates with 365 platform, and can access results from many different communication channels.

Nachteile:

It is outdated in the layout, not much change there. Not a bad thing necessarily, but necessarily intuitive either compared to other platforms like Qualitrics.

Great tool, included in Microsoft 365

Kommentare: I can create a form quite quickly and I can download the answer in an excel file that I manage with VBA macros. So I can create reports automatically

It is very easy to create a form and feel more secure from the privacy point of wiew

Nachteile:

The forms are not attractive as the ones created with typeform.

Vorteile:

Microsoft Forms is a great product for multiple purposes. As a teacher, I use Microsoft Forms all the time. The first thing I used the software for was to create a sign-in and out of the classroom form. I was able to print off a QR code for students to scan when leaving the classroom. Administration requires us to turn in a sheet that shows which students left the classroom at the end of the week. Microsoft Forms made this task so much easier. All I had to do was print off the responses and submit them. One of the most impressive aspects of Microsoft Forms is its real-time collaboration and sharing options. It integrates seamlessly with other Microsoft 365 apps like Excel and Teams, enabling easy data analysis and sharing.

Nachteile:

Microsoft Forms does have its limitations. It lacks customization options compared to other forms software. This could be a plus for some but a con for others.

MS Forms - Best, Easy and Reliable tool for forms

Kommentare: Overall, for simple tasks like taking feedback and small survey in best relaible way, this is fantastic tool.

Vorteile:

I have used MS forms to take feedback of my trainees. It is very simple and easy to create feedback forms. Since my organisation only provide access to MS software, this is easy and fully complaint to our IT policy. Best, easy and reliant.

Nachteile:

Add more features like taking signatures without signing (for contracts or tool box talks) More features like for quiz also True or False etc.

Quick and Easy Info Gathering!

Kommentare: So easy to use for gathering information quickly! Surveys are easy and hassle free to create, and the integration with Microsoft makes it easy to field the survey. I also like how the results can be exported to excel for quick analysis.

Vorteile:

I like that it is a survey tool within the Microsoft suite. Because of this, it is the verified internal survey tool for my company to do quick polls, like what to get for lunch. I like that it is under a trusted brand and that it is a verified "go to" for quick internal surveys.

Nachteile:

Honestly I like this tool. I think it is a little basic for more advanced surveys and analytics, but I don't think that's the purpose of it.

Basic survey tool with simple and easy features..

Kommentare: You can use Microsoft forms to make easy tests and polls. there are some things that it did not work well for , like getting notes and making forms.

Vorteile:

Creating tests and polls with microsoft forms is so easy that I love it. It is simple to use so it is easy to share things. excel also saves me time because it sorts my data into groups for me.

Nachteile:

It's not easy to change the look and there are not as many question types as with some other poll tools.

Microsoft Forms, Feedback Central

Vorteile:

I love how quickly and easily I can request feedback via a survey or poll in Microsoft Forms. It is user friendly, very easy to customize, and delivers a consistent product every time. This is greatly improved my ability to ensure that I am on the same page with the many teams that I work with on a daily basis.

Nachteile:

I have not come across any things that I specifically do not like with Microsoft Forms.

Kommentare: I have used Microsoft Forms many times to collect feedback from colleagues and overall, it has been a very useful tool.

Vorteile:

I love that this tool is not only free, but so easy to use! To make your work even faster, it has a bunch of pre-loaded templates if you're making a common form such as a feedback survey. Those templates can easily be edited to customize text, multiple choice answers, etc. I love that it also has a way to check how the form would look on both desktop and mobile platforms, as well as different layouts to try.

Nachteile:

I can't think of a single like I do not like!

A small business's dream come true

Kommentare: We knew we needed a program to track objective and subjective assessments of clients progress. We knew what questions we wanted answered, and we knew whom we needed to answer each set of questions. With that knowledge, we began looking for a product that could provide that. What we found was software that either did not meet our needs or software that was geared towards large healthcare organizations with budgets exponentially larger than ours. Thankfully we found Forms in a Microsoft Bundle we had purchased. We didn't know we needed it, but by sheer luck, we ended up with it and decided to give it a try. For a minimal investment of time and no capital investment, we have created the program that didn't previously exist. I can't say enough about the ability of Forms to meet our needs.

Vorteile:

Microsoft Forms allows us to create questionnaires for our staff, students, and families in very little time. These forms and the reporting that follows them influence our decisions for client progression. It has allowed us to take a variety of sources of information and condense them into quantifiable results.

Nachteile:

For what we needed, it requires someone with the technical knowledge to operate Forms and the operational knowledge to know what questions needed to be asked. Without both, it would be rather useless. Luckily for us, we are overloaded with operational knowledge, and the relative ease of using Forms means that we have multiple people capable of handling the actual creation.

Kommentare: Microsoft Forms is a great app if you want to make surveys or polls. Is is simple to use and get reports on.

Vorteile:

I am using Microsoft Forms mostly for surveying and pools inside the company. Beeing an addition to the Microsoft pack I can say I enjoy this app as is free to use. It is easy to use and intuitive, you can get the survey done wright from the first try.

Nachteile:

There are no cons for Microsoft Forms, it works as it should be.

Microsoft Forms

Kommentare: Microsoft Forms is easy to use and data is exported very easily without any problems or complicated export steps.

Vorteile:

They came as a bonus on the Office pack and used them regularly. It is easy to use and creating something does not take too much time. It isnice that the fields are customizable and the user interface is friendly. Another thing I really like is that the results are very easy to export.

Nachteile:

It is not perfect but there are no cons worth mentioning here.

Microsoft Forms opinion.

Kommentare: Overall Microsoft Forms is an excellent app, it comes packet in Microsoft Office 365.

Vorteile:

For a while I didn`t knew I had Microsoft Forms in the office 365 Package I used everyday. This is like a powerful add-on to a service I already use. The way you can customize makes Forms a powerful data collection on customers or even team. Getting the reports is very easy.

Nachteile:

No cons for Microsoft Forms, already using other apps from M365, I consider Forms as a free addon.
