As an software company, we focus on ISAE 3000 certification and here ComplyCloud is a great help. The collaboration with ComplyCloud makes us confident with our compliance. Here we are particularly positive about ComplyCloud's high level of knowledge.

Nachteile:

Nice tool - saves a lot of time, nothing we have bumped on that we did not like.

GDPR management and support

Vorteile:

It is a perfect GDPR-tool to insure compliance, within a complex and ever changing legal area. It supported the daily business in a way that would usually require a FTE in addition.

Nachteile:

Even though it is very user-friendly, it is still "template-orientated" and it could occur that this does not suit well concerning specific topics/situation. The legal support function did how ever take such situations into consideration.

Very helpful tool for compliance

Vorteile:

It is a very helpful tool for managing compliance processes. Its automation features can save time and simplify routine tasks, making compliance more manageable. The platforms structured approach to documentation and task management is practical and ensures everything is kept organized.

Nachteile:

For new users, it might take a little time to get used to the platform, but they have a good onboarding process. The cost could also be a consideration, depending on the company’s size and budget.

Vorteile:

We use ComplyCloud for both GDPR, NIS2 and online training (ComplyHero) matters. It is easy to have all with one company. Comply Cloud is intuitive and easy to use and takes some of the hassle off the complex world of being compliant. We have used Comply Cloud for approx. 2 years and quite a few of the feature requests that we have had have now been integrated. The support team and lawyers are always very helpful and responds quickly to our requests. We also benefit a lot from their great and insightful webinars.

Nachteile:

It would have been nice to have all the features you can find now in ComplyCloud from the start. New users can benefit from that.

An all-in-one compliance system

Vorteile:

ComplyCloud is a great tool that offers us an all-in-one system with an easily accessible overview of our compliance and a systematic and structured storage system for all of our relevant documents.

Nachteile:

The page dedicated to tasks can seem confusing with some future planned tasks being accessible while others aren't.

The platform is easy to use and breaks down complex matters in simple and easy-to-understand terms. The fact that we are prompted about regulatory changes means that we can relax in knowing that we are always compliant. The team behind is great and we have always received outstanding support when needed.

Nachteile:

It would be great if it was possible to edit the layout of the documents, but other than that we are really happy with the platform.

ComplyCloud creates the framework for us to ensure that we are compliant with GDPR.

Nachteile:

GDPR is complex and although ComplyCloud assists, it is still difficult to ensure that everything is compliant.

Vorteile:

The real-time visibility into our compliance status that ComplyCloud provides. The dashboard and control reports in the yearly wheel give us valuable insights and make sure that we are on track with our ongoing compliance.

Nachteile:

We would appreciate the task delegation functionality to be more flexible in order for us to attach customer adapted documents. The control questionaries are too legal making it difficult for non daily users to navigate the software effectively.

Nachteile:

I would love it, if the software could give me the flexibility to allocate certain assignments to certain users before the assignment is released.

Comply Cloud in B2B firm

Kommentare: We are getting compliant in a more efficient way. We can make controls to ensure the ongoing compliance. The daily operations after implementation is down to a minimum and can be done by the employees instead of being forced to ask around all the time, and then give the employee the feeling of extended controls and so on.

Vorteile:

I really like the questionnaire option. It gives you a kind of certainty that you will have the chance to be asked the right questions. It makes it more useful to the organization's employees.I also love the customer service level :) Thanks [sensitive content hidden] ;)

Nachteile:

I really wish that the processing activities notes was copied into the system list/overview, so we don't have to type it in twice with the risk of making errors to the documentation which you will find at some point and then it is not easy to know where the master data is stored, in the activities or is it within the system list...

Kommentare: Before ComplyCloud we managed our compliance work in documents locally on the laptop, but now it's all controlled online and we get reminded if we forget anything.
