Kommentare: Brandworkz has a very clean layout & interface, making it intuitive for end users. It's also super simple for any admin to configure and change everything from the skin via the skinning wizard, to large & small metadata sets, to editing content and layouts on the page via their WYSIWYG editor. The brand guideline/style guide pages help keep everyone on brand, the logo finder virtually eliminates email requests asking for logos, and the dynamic InDesign template editing tools let our end users self-service with changes to approved image & text fields on ads & other print materials we upload to the system. Workflow for managing simple approval process & asset creation processes is nice too as it stores & tracks everything along the way right there in the DAM. The workflow integration with ProofHQ on-screen annotation makes the creative review process even more streamlined. Their showcase feature lets you present collections of assets in a really clean & effective way, and the reports give great insight into how the system is being used. Brandworkz doesn't offer any tools for quickly sharing assets to social media sites (i.e. direct share to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc) but we don't have a ton of use cases for that particular feature, though it would be nice on occasion. In the past it was also a bit slow to transcode image previews, but ever since they've moved all of their hosting infrastructure over to Amazon AWS at the end of 2015 that has no longer been an issue. We use Brandworkz to store and centralize all of our own digital brand, sales & marketing assets (logos, images, content, videos, etc) as well as centralize and store assets and content we create for our clients (i.e web design PSDs, HTML files, InDesign templates, videos, etc). Creating a brand center and centralizing all of these assets gives everyone on our team immediate access to important assets without having to call or text or IM or email our marketing team asking for them and waiting for them. Our process is much more streamlined, and we are re-using assets much more effectively. The dynamic InDesign editing tools provide self-service capabilities that also minimize requests to our marketing team for simple changes to templates. I would definitely recommend Brandworkz if you are looking for a brand center / DAM. You won't be disappointed by it & their team know the software inside and out. Get a demo of the software and you'll see very quickly what it's capable of.

It's everything we wanted from digital asset management software, but with bells on.

Kommentare: The Brandworkz team are very helpful and knowledgeable and have walked us through the whole implementation process with a lot of patience and understanding. The software itself does everything we need it to do and more - its simple to use, but looks very impressive and makes things much easier for the end user as everything is very visual. We can manage 99% of the system ourselves, which is great. Downloading speed was a big issue for us as we have users across the world and they are downloading a variety of assets - from tiny jpegs to very large tiff files and zipped InDesign artwork, and our testing process showed that it was much quicker than our old system. We are really pleased with our new Brandworkz site and we know it has a lot of potential for the future for us. We also know that the team at Brandworkz are always there to help, learn from their clients and find even more ways to improve the software, which is all you can ask for.

Kommentare: Technical Project Manager at Design Council As a technical consultant, I was appointed to fully manage and implement a DAM solution internally on behalf of the Design Council, London. I worked very closely with Brandworkz on the DAM installation which had a very tight deadline and constantly revised security requirements. As the project progressed Brandworkz ensured that the project stayed on course even when the timeline did creep from the initial scope. Their forward thinking, diligence and experience anticipated potential issues and assisted by appointing additional resources during the lifecycle of the project beyond a pre-sales role to ensure that the requirements were delivered thus increasing the overall strategic value of the project. I would have no hesitation recommending Brandworkz for a DAM installation, the overall SaaS model product on offer from Brandworkz is impressive and fulfilled all the criteria requested. Kommentare: We have been using Brandworkz Lite for a couple of months now and we couldn't be happier with it. We have previously used other management software which was a waste of our time. But Brandworkz is very user friendly and easily adaptable. We have a wide range of images including: marketing, production, processes and products, these needed organising and we often need to send/receive images and so far Brandworkz has saved us so much time because it is so easy to use. On the few time we needed help with setting up the Brandworkz team couldn't be more helpful. For anyone looking for a digital asset management software we would highly recommend using Brandworkz. It's main perk is how adaptable it is to suit your brand, from design to folder organisation and sharing. We are a company with mixed level computing ability and with the help from Brandworkz this has been very easy to use.

Kommentare: A system that we have been using for just over 3 years, and one we intend to continue using to manage our brand, its assets and the guidelines that support them.
Overall we are very happy with the platform which has been nicely manipulated to fit to our requirements as they evolve. Feedback from our users has been mostly positive and in some cases full of praise.
The team provide good support and a helpful approach to getting any problems resolved.
The system has always been pro-active in terms of updating technologies and user experience and I am looking forward to more of that this year.
