Vorteile:
- Part of ServiceNow platform - IWMS, possibility to have different Facility areas in one system - Customization possibilities - User friendly - Technician mobile app with offline mode - Listens to customers and develops on the product/modules
Nachteile:
- System documentation - Missing end-user/customer mobile app - Different use of drawings in the system could be better

Nuvolo is good but not great
Kommentare: On the US side, Nuvolo support is very responsive and the communication is great. Unfortunately, our cases are usually assigned to employees who are overseas and the language issue can be very frustrating and time-consuming.
Vorteile:
Built on ServiceNow platform so is very flexible.
Nachteile:
Lack of understanding of our industry lead to over customization without fully understanding the downstream effects. Nuvolo provides good support, but this system needs several in-house support personnel who fully understand the product to manage/maintain/update constantly.

Vorteile:
Seems to be best product for ease of use in the field. This is a limited field of options for CMMS software, but this one is the simplest and easiest to integrate, though a full-time endeavor.
Nachteile:
This still needs years of development to be as effective as it can be. There are many improvements to be made, but still the best option.
