Kommentare: It's been really good. The people that work there are very friendly and professional as well, which makes it easier whenever we have questions.
Vorteile:
That we finally can have all our supplier data in one place and that it integrates with almost everything without any hassle! Their global attribute library has really been a game changer for us when creating self-assessments since it saves us so much time and gives us confidence that we're covering all aspects. Kodiak Hub's platform is also very easy to use and has a nice looking, modern interface which just feels nice to work in day in and day out. They really listen to their customers and our requests! Last but not least, this tool has really helped us improve our supplier relationships and performance since we have all data in one place which allows us to collaborate and find out where action is needed much easier than before.
Nachteile:
I can't really see any cons - it really is so much better than our old tool SAP Ariba

Kommentare: I've had a great time using Kodiak Hub. It's made dealing with suppliers easier and more efficient. Sure, it took a minute to get used to, but now I can't imagine going back. Totally recommend it if you want to get your supplier relationships in order.
Vorteile:
Kodiak Hub's SRM system is easy to use and keeps all our supplier info organised. It's got good analytics functions that help us make decisions, and I and other teams can access it from anywhere. Plus, their support team is awesome – always ready to help.
Nachteile:
There's a bit of a learning curve at first. But once you get the hang of it, it's smooth sailing.

Vorteile:
Kodiak Hub's system simplifies supplier management with a straightforward interface and useful performance dashboard. The insights that comes with the dashboards are great. It integrates well with other systems like our ERP's. We find it has enhanced our internal processes with its automated workflow features that can trigger actions you find necessary. It's also been a very Customisable system for our needs and I feel we've gotten a lot of support from their team.
Nachteile:
No massive cons. Set up takes some time, but it's the same for any system of this magnitude.
Moving from SAP Ariba to Kodiak Hub was a good decision
Vorteile:
- very customizable for our needs, not as rigid as SAP Ariba is - Easy to use - Nice reporting functions and insights. - The Actions collaboration function is really good!
Nachteile:
- It took a bit longer to implement than we initially thought (a lot due to ourselves), but it was still probably 6-7 months quicker than Ariba.
Kodiak Hub first 12 month Review
Kommentare: From the initial contact to contract, to implementation to ongoing support, Kodiak hub and their employees are second to none. A pleasure working with them and using their platform, they are so helpful and responsive
Vorteile:
Ease of use along with it did everything we needed to do but in a very clear and concise way. Its great that you can share the supplier assessment results in PDF format with stakeholders. Its a clean looking platform too.
Nachteile:
Difficult to criticise s it works so well for us would prefer a Red, amber and green colour scheme instead of red, blue and green, but if that the best i can come up with, then it tells you all you need to know about how good it is
